Stay comfortably at this private, two-story, two-bedroom townhome in a quiet residential community in a central location in south Scottsdale. This is a wonderful property for 1-4 guests to stay for a great price in a fantastic city. Close to the Scottsdale Greenbelt, Tempe Town Lake, Camelback Mountain, old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Right by 2 major freeways and the airport. So much to do! Hiking, restaurants, entertainment. Enjoy yourself and then come back to a quiet home to relax and unwind. The home is professionally cleaned by a reputable company before each stay.

The home is 1,010 sq. feet with a full-size washer & dryer, large enclosed patio with separate entry, covered, private parking and ample street parking, with wireless internet and television. King size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. The community has plenty of outdoor space and has a newly-renovated pool (not heated) and hot tub. Pet-friendly.

Great Stay!

We spent three weeks in this condo and it was awesome! It had everything we needed, the location was great, and communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay. Thank You Melanie!

We booked this VRBO after our first choice was sold out from under us, with less than a month before our trip to graduation in June. But we could not have asked for a better experience. Communication with the owner was first rate. The home was well cared for and provided more than ample space for the two of us and our dog. The neighborhood was quiet, and getting around Phoenix was easy due to freeway proximity. Given the time of year, we particularly appreciated the ice and water dispenser in the refrigerator door and the blackout curtains in the bedroom! We'd happily stay here again.

Pleasant Place

The unit is clean and well stocked. We did not have to go pick up any standard items from the store. Even had soaps and shampoos in the shower for our stay. Our stay was peaceful nights, no crazy noises or loads neighbors. We were close to the freeway, so getting anywhere was easy. Thank you Melissa for a very pleasant place to stay and relax.
