Family Vacation

First word that comes to mind…amazing!!!The condo was spotless. It has modern finishes and decor, comfortable beds and furniture, excellent location to get you to all the places in and around Phoenix. Small details such as hand soap in the bathrooms, surplus of towels, recommendations of restaurants…all wonderful touches that made our stay special! Top notch host and condo!!! My family and I can’t wait to return. Recommending to all our friends and family!

It’s all about location.

The place is tidy and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked. And it is perfectly located next to everything you would want to do in Scottsdale or Phoenix.

Great stay

This property is conveniently located, with grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants nearby. Quick drive to the Phoenix airport. This is an excellent property for a family. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. The host was very helpful! We would stay here again.

Great little condo

This place was immaculate. Nice updated condo. We stayed here for a triple crown spring training baseball tournament. We were within 30 minutes of every ballpark we played at. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. We will stay here again. Thanks so much.

Excellent property & terrific location

This property is wonderfully cared for and has all the details you could want in the kitchen, bedrooms, etc. I was particularly impressed with the little things, like a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies, charging ports throughout, a helpful binder of menus for nearby restaurants, and attractive decor - this owner definitely took time to make the experience smooth whether you are staying in or on the go. We will return again!

Girls Trip!

My best friend from college and i met up for a birthday girls weekend and had a great stay! The place was immaculate, comfortably decorated and had what we needed for a great reunion girls trip. Denise was communicative and all instructions were clear and easy!

Our transit stay in Phoenix

Cute place

The owner communication is top notch (she's so nice!). The unit itself is adorable and fit our needs perfectly. Where a star drops for us is the pool and the neighborhood. My husband and son said the pool was either stained/really old or not very clean so we opted not to try it out. The complex is on the older side and the neighborhood is what I would call "in transition" because it closely borders some areas that we didn't feel 100% comfortable in. OBVIOUSLY, both of those things are beyond the owner's control and the only reason I bring them up is because I think if those things matter to you, you should know about them. Still, we had everything we needed inside the unit including nice touches like good toilet paper (hey, I know you know what I mean!), clear instructions, comfy beds, and modern decor. Again, I want to reiterate what a wonderful host the owner is. Thanks for making our stay so easy!

Great host

Location was central to highway system to view AZ during our stay. Grounds were well maintained. Pictures advertising the interior were authentic to the actual space. Our host was very helpful in places to eat, church location, sites to see while in AZ- THANK YOU!!!

Great Location, Great Condo, Great Owner

My husband, my teenage daughter, and I rented this VRBO for two weeks after moving to Phoenix while we looked for a rental house. This condo is so well-organized and comfortable, we wished we could have made it our long-term rental. The owner is very responsive. Its location is very convenient to everything.

Short Drive to Phoenix Raceway

Property located in a quiet neighborhood with a short drive to malls, restaurants and the raceway. Host was a pleasure to work with and the property was as advertised.

Comfortable and Clean

The accommodations were as advertised. The pool/hot tub were not heated at the time of our stay, so not really usable. Close to MANY stores and restaurants. Property has a very secure feel. We would consider renting again if we have the need in that area.

Nice winter vacation!

The condo was very nice and perfect for our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We were close to many restaurants and could easily get around Scottsdale. The lighted, covered, parking with security cameras was a very nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great property and location

The property was very clean and accomodations a family of 4. The location was very good, 15- 20 minutes from everywhere in Phoenix and surrounding areas. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. It was a little cold outsidr so we did not use the pool. Denise was very accommodating as we had to change plan due to weather.

Perfect Phoenix Condo

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful, immaculate newly renovated condo. Communication with the owner was great and she was always available to offer recommendations for hikes nearby as well as great restaurants. Condo was close to all major shopping and restaurants. Thank you for making our stay so memorable as well as comfortable. We will definitely stay again if available.

Handicap status/Pool advertised

This property is listed as handicap accessible. There is no ramp to either patio, wheelchair will not fit into bathroom that is supposed to be handicap accessible as the door does not open all the way due to it catching on the shower basin, shower chair is not big enough for someone to sit on it safely, grab bars are too high in the shower. I was not able to safely get my husband in and out of the shower. This property is not ADA compliant which we were led to believe it was...my husband is disabled and is in a hoveround constantly due to MS and not being able to walk. Also the pool is pictured as usable...the hot tub had black mold growing on the bottom of it and did not function. The pool was not clean and did not get cleaned the week we were there so not sure about the proper chemicals being put in to make sure it is safe to swim in. Table by the pool was covered in mold and dirt, when I sat in a chair one of the legs was broke off which I didn’t see until I sat down causing me to tip. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated but not a good fit for someone that is handicapped. I have pictures that I will submit as well of the bathroom, pool and hot tub.

Nice 2 BR unit in a great neighborhood, close to restaurants & bars. Only thing the unit could use black out curtains in the BR’s, but other than that quit safe and super clean place.
