Weekend fishing trip

Had a great weekend fishing with my son. Condo was very clean and conveniently located next to a public boat ramp plus had a dock for boat tie up. Highly recommend!

Nice place

Peaceful and relaxing. Place was well stocked. Layout is perfect for 2 couples. Nice pool. Enjoyed the great view from the balcony. Only wish there were curtains on the windows. The sun rises on the master bedroom side so no sleeping in past daylight in the comfy bed unless you have eye mask. Blinds let in a lot of light and there are small windows above those with no coverings. We were there during off scallop season so town was very quiet.

Nice Condo

Rivers Edge condos are conveniently located across river from Sea Hag Marina. Good boat slips. This condo was clean and comfortable. Nice place to stay for fishing.

Fun!

My family and I stayed here for Fiddler Crab Festival 2024 as we were set up as vendors for the festival. We enjoyed how close we were to the festival but far enough away that we could enjoy some quiet at night. Unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had some issues with the touch pad entry so it was nice that there was a lock box with a spare key. Wish the door had a deadbolt but not a huge issue.

Best location in Steinhatchee

This condo was well kept and well stocked with everything you need. Laundry soap, plenty of trash bags, and dishwasher tabs etc,. AC worked great and they even provided pool noodles. This unit also has parking under the building which not all of the units have and was a plus for us.

We have been enjoying this condo for several years. It's always very clean with we everything you'll need. Very thorough check in/ out instructions. Love the convenience of having a boat slip also. It's the perfect place for us

Cozy & Clean

This property is my absolute favorite in Steinhatchee. We have stand at a multitude of places around town but this is my favorite. This was the 2nd time at this property but first time at this condo rental. The property itself is well maintained and clean. The condo itself is also well maintained and exceptional clean, even the baseboards. The master bedroom mattress is amazing. From what the others with us said the other bedroom mattress was as well. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We always eat out for dinner, which if you've never been to Steinhatchee, depending on the day, there's like 4 possibly places to eat. But Roy's is open 7-days a week (they have a good salad bar). The boat dock is and added plus, has a fish cleaning station. The dock has been cleaned both times we have stayed here. I like that this property is close to the mouth of the river and both marinas are extremely close as well. The property owner was super easy to communicate with and check-in is a breeze. Parking isn't a problem either with trailor parking directly across the street and boat ramp right beside the condo as well. If your not good with river currents that's not a problem just a 3 mintue drive and there's another boat ramp that's out of the current. They have a well kept pool but both times I have stayed at this property it hasn't been warm enough for me but it looks nice. We go to Steinhatchee about 7 or 8 times a year and we are planning to make this our always stay place if available.

Perfect Fishing Getaway

This home is the perfect fishing getaway! Beautiful home with everything you need! Fishing dock, cleaning station, and the inside amenities are comfortable and make you feel right at home! The weather was a bit cold this past week for fishing but we were still able to catch trout and flounder. If you’re looking for a slow down town this is the place! Next time we are looking to fish Steinhatchee we’d love to stay here again!

Very nice condo.

This was a very nice condo. It had everything that you would need . Our first time to Steinhatchee and it is a quaint little town geared for fishing. Not a lot of shopping for women, but perfect if you are into fishing.
