Built in 2021, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in gated community with boat slip included. Gorgeous view from 2 decks overlooking the marsh and Steinhatchee River. Located near the Community Pool and BBQ. Central to everything and a short boat ride to the gulf. The kitchen has a full size gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Conexon fiber high speed internet and wifi throughout the home. 75" Television/DVD with Youtube TV in the living room and master and full size TV and DVD player in each bedroom.

Great place to stay! We have stayed here 3 times, the pool is perfect after a long day on the boat and the views from the master bedroom porch are beautiful.

House was clean. Had everything we needed. Was able to keep boat at dock on property. It was nice to have a pool to relax in after a long day on the water scalloping. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The decor was stunning and we felt so comfortable after a day in the sun. Bedding was soft, the pool was refreshing. There is ample parking and being across the bridge was not a hindrance. I will be booking again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was fantastic. Location was very close proximity to boat ramp and the community dock and slip were very convenient to just hop in the boat and go. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back in the future!

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area, especially if you're bringing a boat. There was plenty of room to park our two boats under the house, which made loading and unloading incredibly convenient.The house itself was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. It comfortably accommodated our family of seven with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and everything we needed to prepare meals. We also appreciated having both a regular coffee maker and an espresso machine.The boat slips were just a short walk away, and the host thoughtfully provided a wagon that made transporting our fishing gear and supplies quick and easy. The community pool was also close by, making it convenient to cool off after a day on the water.From the thoughtful amenities to the great layout and convenient location, everything exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and boat-friendly vacation home.

My stay at this beautiful riverfront home was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean, and I slept exceptionally well on the comfortable mattress! We had a fabulous view of the fireworks, and enjoying my morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the river was a highlight of the trip! Ringing in 2026 at your wonderful home was truly a delight!
