Nature lovers do NOT want to miss this House . It is 80 steps away from the Steinhatchee River, and only 1.5 miles (5-minute drive) away from the Gulf of America. This is the perfect place for anyone who likes to boat, fish fresh or salt water, scallop, kayak, canoe, swim, bike, explore "real" Florida, or just sit back read, sunbathe, and relax beside the water.

The House is Modern and recently updated that sleeps 7, very comfortable furnishings for an amazing stay. There is a 10' x 20' deck on the front of the house. You are required to report the exact number of those visiting. The House has 3 bedrooms.

Floating Boat House has 42' of docking space
on Water for Fishing and Tying up your boat. Water depth is minimum of 8' with deep water all the way to the Gulf. The boat slips are reserved for owner's boats.

We enjoyed our stay at Scott’s place and we’re able to use the dock for our boat. The house was clean and had all that we needed.

We had a great stay and house was clean and comfortable with everything you need, the best part was a boat ramp very close and dock at property for our boat, we definitely recommend this property for anyone bringing a boat with them.

We loved our stay at Scott's property! The house was exactly as described and pictured and perfect for small groups or families. It has everything you need with a well stocked kitchen. The dock was great and the ride down tge river is beautiful. Very peaceful and convenient location. Scott is a wonderful host and very responsive! We are ready to stay again next year, or maybe sooner

The entire property is well maintained and very clean, the house was spotless no issues with the doors plumbing/air/beds, they let us use the boat dock because we were there for fishing that’s was incredibly well done easy and convent getting down the driveway can be confusing but just slow down and watch where your going and it’s easy peasy, will 100% be back for our next trip there.

Nice and quiet stay on the river. Being able to park a boat at the dock is really convenient . The fishing was great and we like the scenery as you go down the river. The beds were very comfortable. a pleasant surprise as I'm used to staying at hotels. Would recommend 100%

One of the most accommodating hosts you will find. Excellent communication. The property is very quiet and well kept. Perfect for six people. It includes everything you need to have an enjoyable stay on the river. We can’t wait to go back.

I visited with a friend to do some fishing. The house was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The host was so accommodating, inviting us to use the property as if it was our own. His dock is the nicest on the entire river! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks Scott!
