This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Appreciated the ease of the check-in process with staff present at the front desk from 8am to 10pm if you needed anything. Studio was clean and had everything a couple needed for a comfortable stay. Room overlooks the pool not the beachfront. Loved the direct access walking path to the beach. Would stay again.

Great studio condo on the beach

Great location, right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants at cinnamon shores. Short drive into Port A. Condo was clean, office staff was very friendly.

When we arrived, the whole complex was clean and it was so close to the beach. We found our room clean and we had plenty of supplies. The shower was big and that was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was great. It had all the basics we needed for our stay and to cook. It was nice to be able to drive up by the office and park to unload our stuff. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and clean as well. Thank you, see you again.

This condo was a super clean, cute place to stay on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, but if you plan to cook, I recommend that you bring your own knives ;-) The staff was friendly, and there is a little coffee bar (Flavia) on the first floor (you can make hot chocolate/lattes/coffee) and that is nice.

Weekend get away

Overall good stay! Elevator was out of order, management did call day before to let us know. Plenty of bathroom towels and comfy bed. Older place but would consider again

Overall good experience. No gas grill (just common charcoal pit w/grate), no beach towels for pool and hot tub, no spices left behind. All those items listed were per past experiences at all other VRBO properties we’ve stayed at for similar prices. Not listed as amenities but nice to have. It was comfortable and quiet, staff was very friendly. We overlooked the pool but beach was very close and accessible.

Constant wind off the Gulf. Super easy boardwalk to the beach with fresh water !Gotta protect yourself as the reflection of the sun in the water got me, PINK…Real nice people and a nice pool too. Lacking on deep cleaning of our unit, so just get laid back and enjoy the Gulf.

Prior to our arrival we were notified that there was an issue with our room, however they had another room available. Everything was smooth, I really appreciated the good communication. The entire stay was great.

Our room wasn't ready at check in. We were told it wouldn't be ready until the next day due to repairs. We were told we'd be staying in an "upgraded" room in the meantime... definitely was not an upgrade. When our room was finally ready on day 2 we experienced a water leak in the kitchen so we had to deal with that all night. Communicating with the host was not easy... host never responded to messages via VRBO app. Overall a BAD experience here. Only positive... front desk staff were nice.
