Completely fenced and screened in pool area, 100% pet friendly and children will love it. Avery's Beach Bungalow is a beachside house, fully remodeled and updated by one of the finest interior designers.

All of the living space is conveniently located on one floor, with a gorgeous outside pool. Three new plasma TVs and DVD players, WiFi internet and cable, if you need to check e-mail or do a little work. A few minute stroll to the semi-private beach access, conveniently located at the end of the block. Perfect for afternoon beach activities or sunset walks along the beautiful shores. House comes with a king and queen beds, also a convertible chair, and an aero bed (perfect for kids).

You will absolutely love this house, beach, and neighborhood- minutes to downtown and seconds to the Atlantic Ocean. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door!

Great Place to Stay

Location was great! Just a few minutes from everything we needed. Just a quick 3 minute walk to the beach access. Also convenient to drive to the beach. Open floor plan was great for our visit.

Great location

The house is well-maintained and outfitted with amenities. An easy walk to the beach access and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The house and location was perfect for our stay and getting to see the downtown Xmas lights.

A great second stay

This place is my go to in St Aug. this was my second stay. I travel with my dachshunds who do sport and show so having a pet friendly place that is one story with a well fenced yard is a huge treat. Walk a short few blocks to the public beach access and enjoy the beach. Super quiet place, beds are so comfortable, showers have great water pressure. I have already booked for next year.

Nice beach stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach for evening walks and short beach visits with my daughter. The pool was super nice in the heat. Close enough to town to visit the attractions and still get back for bedtime. Look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our time at this home. It was very clean and well maintained. Short walk to the beach and the covered pool was a great way to cool off! Glen was amazing to communicate with willing to answer questions promptly

So much fun

Really enjoyed the house and location to beach. Dog loved visiting beach and meeting other dogs in neighborhood. Would love to stay again.

Comfortable

The house was as described. The bed was heavenly! Many vacation rentals have a MEH master bed. This one was great - very comfortable. The house is within an easy walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful as well. We had a nice relaxing few days.

4 Minute Walk to Beach and Pet Friendly

The house was perfect! A quick 4 minute walk to the beach. St Augustine is very pet friendly and our Bella loves it. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was relaxing in the pool in the evening. Glenn made check in easy and accommodated an early check in for us. Highly recommend the property.

Great stay

The house was very clean and the location was prime, 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to downtown. The host Glenn was very easy to get a hold of and responsive. Will come back to stay again.

Christmas Getaway

This house was perfect for 4 adults and our small dogs. Spacious, clean, and convenient to downtown St. Augustine, the beach, as well as points south. Glen was great about communicating with us from the time we booked our trip, throughout our stay, and upon our return home. We look forward to our next visit.

Nice house and location

House was nice but very dark for a beach house Pool area needs some attention. Overall the house was clean and had the basics. Close to the beach and shopping. Nice short drive to St. Augustine. Being from up north I expected to see pastels and lighter furnishings and a lux pool area.

Great Trip!

We had a great time during our stay. Glenn was so nice and easy to get in contact with. The house was comfortable for our family of 4 and the kids loved the pool! The beach was just a short walk and was not crowded while we were there. Overall, it was a great location with plenty of things to do.

Great pool & location

We love the pool and the location is a short walk to the beach! Glenn was wonderful to work with as usual. This was a return visit because we enjoyed the house so much the first time! We will be back!! Thank you for being a great host!

Family Vacay

We loved this property and the pool. It was perfect for our family and pets. The location was great. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to the historic Downtown St Augustine area. We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you Glenn for making our stay so easy to check in and out. Enjoyed our time

The property is in adequate shape, and the major items conveyed to Property Manager as soon as we found them. Overall great location minus the noise pollution from being right next to A1A.
