Private Pool Home in a safe, family neighborhood. Enjoy some relaxing time in the large private pool lanai while your dog enjoys the fenced back yard. ** The pool is not heated.**

Prepare meals for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, or catch a game on the 70" smart TV. Spoil yourself with the KING pillowtop bed in the master. The whole family will enjoy this place to work or play as the Wi-Fi is 400 Mbps and 3 desks are furnished for your convenience.

You will find everything here you would expect at home plus beach chairs, grill, cooler and umbrella, washer and dryer in the garage, plenty of cooking tools and small appliances in the kitchen. I am a detail person and think of the "little things" that make your stay convenient and comfortable. Some consumables are provided like paper plates, paper towels, laundry supplies, shampoo, basic spices and condiments etc.......

I definitely would stay here again. The pool was lovely and I so wish I could have enjoyed it more. Such a quiet area sitting in a cul-de-sac. This rental had everything we needed and more. Thanks Tammy for our great stay in Tampa, Florida.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Tammy is a wonderful host who cares about her guests and her house very much. It’s a well equipped house, so comfortable. Anytime we had a question for Tammy, she always got back to us the same day. The location is wonderful. A quiet neighborhood close to shopping and very nice neighbors. The pool is beautiful and well taken care of. We would come back in the future.

We had a fabulous time at Shady Pines. The house is very well appointed and filled with lovely details. Check-in was a breeze. All three bedrooms had ample closet space, comfortable beds, and lovely decor. We loved the master bedroom and bathroom. Our grandkids LOVED the pool and the lovely backyard. We all loved the patio with a magnificent fan and comfortable furniture.The kitchen is amazing! Coffee maker and pod coffee as well. We cooked several meals during our stay and appreciated all the cookware and tools available. The washer and dryer were a plus in the ample garage.Tammy is an amazing host and very responsive. She gave us great recommendations about the area. A lovely place to stay, with plenty to do around.We highly recommend this magnificent find.

Amazing Property

The house was wonderful, it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and with the nice patio furniture spent most days outside. Would definitely recommend!

Family visit

We rent a lot of homes nationally and for the price this one is top 10. Home is well stocked, clean, and the owner was on top of things. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Home away from home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was truly a home away from home experience. It had everything thing that we needed anywhere from appliances to toiletries. Tammy was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful

I stayed with friends for our annual golf trip and this home was perfect. The nicest part was the quiet neighborhood. I can’t recommend this property enough!

This is a nice part of Tampa. This neighborhood is friendly and family oriented. Safe area yet close enough to Busch Gardens, the Airport and bridges to the best beaches in America.
