Bring Family and Friends to this spacious 3 bedroom (5 Beds) , 2 Bathroom renovated home. Home includes:
* Game Room with 55 inch TV and Ping Pong Table.
* All rooms have large Smart LED TV's, Sony Playstation in Living Room.
* Master Suite with adjoined bunk beds for kids to be close to parents.
* Patio has outdoor seating and a gas BBQ
* Quiet Neighborhood and near Airport, Downtown Riverwalk, MidTown, Armature Works, Hyde Park and RJ Stadium. Close to bars, restaurants and shopping!
The space
The home has been updated with new floors, lighting, paint and many nice touches have been added to the rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. The game room has a ping pong table, Large Smart TV and there are several board games in the cabinet. The large back Patio can be used for outdoor eating, playing cards or board games, or just enjoying the night. The Gas Grill is on the Patio.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to all of the available space on the property. The back yard is accessible through the home ( door in BR #1 into Patio).

We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

I'm not one for writing reviews generally but this place is excellent particularly if you are going to a game at Raymond James Stadium. It's about a 30 minute walk and parking a vehicle in gaining entry to the house was the easiest I've ever had so I will definitely come back here again if I find myself in the Tampa area.

Vrbo is located relatively close to RJS and Steinbrenner Field, which is walkable (30 min) if you’re accustomed to walking at least a mile. Renovated home in older residential neighborhood. Good bit of traffic, but noise is minimal inside. Communication with hosts easy.

This was a beautiful place! It was very clean, peaceful and within walking distance of where I need to go. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with! I would definitely stay here again!

Cute home in a great location- central to all our needs. Only issue was the weather we had a few rainy days which delayed our plans so we needed to stay an extra day and Michael was able to accommodate us. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for my friends and me to meet up and attend a couple nights of concerts at Raymond James Stadium. We were able to walk to and from the stadium and skip the headache of arranging pickups and drop offs! The house was quiet, mattresses were comfortable, and all our needs were met. The hosts were communicative and accommodated an early check-in. Check-in and check-out were seamless! Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay

My son was graduating from the University of Tampa wanted all the family together as his grandparents are in their 90s. It was a great house quiet neighborhood.

Four day visit to Tampa to see our daughter at University of Tampa

Amazing Stay

If you're looking for a property that's close to everything and in a great neighborhood this is it! The hosts Mike and Diana communicate very quickly, and will be there if you need anything. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again :)

Great Stay

This property felt like home. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. This property is within close proximity to a lot of shops and the Tampa Bay stadium. We enjoyed the game room.

The property was very welcoming. The living quarters was adequate for our two day stay offering essential supplies for home cooked dinners and family game time. All amenities worked properly and the beds were comfortable! Beautiful stay!

Awesome home near the Stadium!

We had a quick visit to Tampa and found this gem near the Stadium. Hosts provided excellent and friendly communication and price was very reasonable. Home was updated and very nice. Highly recommended and we will stay again if we make our way back to Tampa!

Birthday trip

Booked this cute place because it had 3 bedrooms 2 baths and the game room sealed the deal. It was absolutely impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Very good experience and I highly recommend.

Everything was great!

Everything was as noted! We stayed the week for racing at EastBay Raceway park. With it being the last year we have to find another track to visit. You will not be disappointed to stay here and if we come back we’ll most definitely stay here!

Comfortable and Clean House!

This property was great. It was very comfortable for the 4 days we were in Tampa for my daughter's graduation from University of Tampa. The home isn't in the nicest area of Tampa but it served it's purpose and seemed very quiet. It was in a good location to get to everything we needed. We even traveled to Clear Water, Palm Harbor and Safety Harbor while we were visiting.
