Great experience! Host was proactive and helpful. We lost power the morning that we left and they were in touch the whole time. It was beyond their control yet they were extremely apologetic. One note: the bunk beds are quite squeaky and I would not recommend anyone plan for an adult to use it.

Thank you so much for your kind review and for sharing your experience! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the communication throughout the power outage. Regarding the bunk bed, I’d just like to clarify that the squeaking does not mean that the bed is unstable or unsafe; it seems to be related to the design of the bed itself. I completely understand that the noise can be uncomfortable, though, and I will definitely take a closer look to see if there is anything I can adjust or improve. Thank you again for your feedback. It truly helps me continue improving the experience for my guests, and I’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!

This was my second time staying at this property, and once again, I absolutely loved it. What I love most is how close it is to my destination. The cleanliness is impeccable, both in the bedrooms and bathrooms, which makes me feel right at home.Dianet is an excellent host—always attentive and very quick to respond to every message I sent. Without a doubt, every time I need to come to Tampa, I will choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Had more than enough amenities to accommodate us for our stay. The house is off a busy road, however you could not hear the road noise inside the house. Plenty of parking is available. The host was very responsive. The only minor thing I recommend is to remove or replace the rugs. Almost slipped and fell when I entered the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We apologize that the lawn and landscaping were not at their best during your stay. Due to Florida’s frequent summer rain, the grass and weeds can grow very quickly between scheduled maintenance visits, but we’ve already addressed the issue. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the rest of your stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

The host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The property was clean and well maintained. Being pet friendly was a plus. There was ample parking in front of the house. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and also had a utility room with washer and dryer. The water pressure and the temperature were outstanding. Very much enjoyed our stay. A 10 out of 10 in all categories. If you're staying in Tampa and need a 3br/2ba, this is a listing to check on.
