The home is in a great location with a beautiful rooftop patio overlooking the water.Communication with the host was easy and stress free.I highly recommend for a little West Seattle getaway.

We had a great stay in Alki Beach, property was amazing! Walking distance over the hill to restaurants, Italian just around the corner as well. Plenty of street parking available and the roof top deck was nice. Beds were comfortable. Lots of amenities to help make our stay easy and enjoyable. Pet friendly.Pedestrian water taxi to Pioneer Square for 5 was also a great option.

This Alki property was in an excellent location, very walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and the water front! The rooftop view was lovely and beautiful. We had a great time!

Great view Faron the top! One thing people should know before booking is that there’s many stairs to get up to the first level so if handicapped or any disability and can’t climb stairs then this isn’t the place for you!

House was wonderful, 15 min walk to food/ shops, & beach saunas at alki beach. Located one block from the water with a great view of ocean sunsets on the roof! Easy to get in, well stocked, clean and very comfortable beds. So glad we booked and would again when we are in the area.

Such a kind and attentive host. Got back to me about any questions so quickly and was so nice when we had any problems. Such a beautiful home and it made our trip so worth it.

Wonderful home right by the waterfront. Comfortable rooms and well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and warm and bathrooms were well stocked with shower toiletries and towels! We will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is the best part- just one block from the water, but still walkable in about 15 mins to Alki Beach. The neighborhood and townhouse block is so nice and quiet. The property itself is modern and well laid out. There’s an awesome rooftop deck with propane fire pit. The kitchen had lots of supplies and the welcome snacks and coffee were so thoughtful. The only thing missing was a toaster. There was toiletry supplies including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. And one of the upstairs bedrooms didn’t have window blinds on one of the large windows- there was privacy since the window glass was blurry, but there was so much light at night with neighbor’s garage lights and also in the morning with the early sunlight that it was difficult to sleep. Overall great stay!

This is a wonderful property! The owner’s attentive and thoughtful support, the easy-to-use kitchen, and the relaxing living room with unlimited Netflix access made the stay excellent. The bathroom is clean, and the bedroom allows for a peaceful night’s sleep. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Seattle!

Great Place for Family

The place was in a good location near the shore, very clean and well equipped, and enough space for our family of 5 to spread out a bit. It has beautiful sunset views from the roof and was enjoyed by the whole family.

A wonderful townhome in an awesome location!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 and 2 small dogs. The townhome was just as described, it was clean, well taken care of, and communication from Jonathan was excellent!

Great layout

We had a great stay. The house suited our family of 4 well for a weekend away. I loved that I could walk out the door and hop on a trail for running. The rooftop deck view was beautiful. Grateful for the opportunity to stay here.
