This spacious townhouse is sure to have something for everyone in your group. The first floor offers a secluded bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, perfect for the quieter members of your group. The second floor features a large family area fully stocked with games and access to multiple streaming services. This floor also includes your expansive kitchen and a half bath. On the third floor level are your living quarters. The king bedroom faces a quiet street and enjoys bountiful amounts of sunlight with a line of sight to the sound. The queen bedroom offers views of the sound and wonderful lighting during sunset. A wonderful townhome in an awesome location!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 and 2 small dogs. The townhome was just as described, it was clean, well taken care of, and communication from Jonathan was excellent!

Great stay in Seattle

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed the house and location during an extended weekend stay. The house was very clean and the 3 levels allowed everyone to have their space. The location is perfect access to downtown seattle as well as SeaTac. The host had everything you needed and was extremely responsive. We hope to be back when it's warmer, but I recommend the home year-round. You will not be disappointed.

A nice weekend away

Had a good time! Street parking was pretty easy to find. We spent pleasant mornings walking on the beach and the view from the rooftop was so nice!

Great house in amazing location

Alki rental

We had a great stay. There was a broken item when we arrived that was fixed immediately. Third bedroom not equivalent to other two. Would be good to show this in the photos.

Amazing location!

Absolutely amazing location! Only downside for us is that there is limited space on the ground level so most will have to carry your suitcases up multiple staircases. Location was great, house was great and communication with the owner was great!

Seattle visit

First time in Seattle. Wanted to sightsee. Perfect location and beautiful home. Loved the extras- beer, wine, snacks- nice touch! Only a few things I’d add- dish towels and more comfortable seating on rooftop. Pet area on rooftop was super cute!

Great Place for Family

The place was in a good location near the shore, very clean and well equipped, and enough space for our family of 5 to spread out a bit. It has beautiful sunset views from the roof and was enjoyed by the whole family.

Beautiful Alki Beach

The place was just as advertised. Beautiful home with a rooftop deck including a fire pit and fantastic panoramic views of the water & mountains. It’s a great neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and fantastic restaurant options within walking distance.

Hosts Thought of Everything

This place was clean and comfortable and had all the necessities. There were games, snacks, complimentary wine and streaming capabilities to name a few. The rooftop deck was simply a beautiful place to hang out and high quality linen in the main bedrooms was very comfy and promoted restful sleep. There are lots of stairs but that is well advertised in the listing. Close walking proximity to Alki beach and all the beach shops. A lovely get-away.

Perfect Alki Beach Rental

I rented this home for my out of town family to stay in and this was perfect. The home is light filled, clean and well located near Alki. We loved enjoying sunsets on the roof. The snacks, games, smart TV, and well-stocked kitchen were amazing bonuses. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing weekend at Alki

This place is AMAZING!!!!! My friend and I visited our daughters (and dogs) who live close to the property. We loved the house so much that it was hard to leave. Check in and communication was a breeze. We had to make a change in our reservation midway through and the owners were wonderfully accommodating. DEFINITELY stay here if you have the chance! Great little Italian restaurant just around the corner, beautiful views, showers AMAZING, 5 min walk to beach. Just 5 stars all around!

Great stay

We loved the home and Alki beach! Stayed with a group of girlfriends for a getaway weekends and many of them said Alki was their favorite area of Seattle. We’ve also stayed in many rentals and this was the most well stocked house w fun little extras like wine and snacks. Thank you!

Perfect location!

Great getaway to alki! We were able to ride our bikes everywhere we wanted to go. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Amazing views from the rooftop deck.

Great location

My family and I absolutely enjoyed the place. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items, pot and pans and basic cooking supplies. The house was bright and well decorated. We were anticipating issue with parking but to our surprise it was not hard to find street parking. The rooftop overlooking the beach was a nice touch. We really enjoyed everything here. Thank you!

Perfect Seattle stay

This property is one of the most beautiful we've ever stayed in! It was gorgeous, sparkling clean, and so well appointed with every amenity you might need. The views from the roof are incredible and the location is perfect. We could walk to Alki for coffee in the morning and see the sparkle off the Olympics. Quiet street with little traffic made it extra relaxing. Would love to stay again on our next trip to Seattle! Thank you!

As advertised

We enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive and attended to our needs promptly. We were having some work done on our home and had to be out earlier than originally planned. Jonathan was dynamic and worked with VRBO to adjust the reservation and us in two days earlier with very short notice. Home was as advertised, well put together, with a beautiful view. Would stay again. -Brian

Nice home. Few challenges

Overall the property was very nice. We had elderly parents with us and all the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Only 1 full bathroom on bedroom level the other full bathroom is on the entry level with kind of an awkward room that wasn’t really easy to use for anything. Also there is no easy parking. You aren’t allowed to park in the driveway. We had to park on the next block over and it was pouring rain the entire time. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again but the place is very nice overall. Perfect for a young active family.

Perfect Retreat!

My spouse and I had to find a place to stay while our water and electrical was turned off for the day at our house. I came across Jonathan’s home and had no doubt it would be perfect for our needs. And it was! Jonathan’s home is welcoming and fun - a total beach home that has incredible views of the Puget Sound from the rooftop patio. It was rather windy and rainy during our stay so we didn’t spend time up there. But I can imagine what it would be like on a warm, sunny day! The bedrooms were perfect for us. The kingsize bed was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated having the dresser unit in the room to hang up hoodies and jackets. We only stayed a short while so we didn’t unpack (no use of the drawers), but each room had a luggage rack which was a perfect touch. The bathroom is incredible. The rain shower was super relaxing and the soap products were really lovely. I am gonna find the products Jonathan uses because they were so nice. Jonathan also provides basic toiletries in the drawer which was another really nice touch. We ended up ordering food and not using the kitchen, but it’s a full kitchen equipped with full stove and oven. The microwave is modern and heats food up perfectly. Last important call out is that Jonathan’s home has the strongest wifi. Accessible from all three floors and with full bar reception, no less, we were able to work no problem. Overall, it was a great stay and a beautiful home! Don’t hesitate to book!

Perfect, Relaxing Getaway

Cold beverages were waiting for us in the fridge! I’ve never experienced that with any VRBO, but how welcome was that after a long morning of traveling from California - amazing! The residence was perfect. Nicely decorated to feel like a home, yet not cluttered. Everything was modern and clean. Ample natural lighting and the rooftop view with a fire pit is the absolute winner. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee and catch up on reading and in the evening to take in the sunset over Puget Sound. Everything in Seattle is a reasonable drive away making this the ideal quiet town to return to. I simply can’t say enough good things about our experience. Definitely planning our next trip back soon!

Hip Coastal Community

Safe, friendly, well-established neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, & shops within walking distance or a few minutes drive. Responsible dog owners & dog friendly neighborhood for walking furry family members. Roof top fire pit (warmth & s’mores) & seating is great but the expansive view of the water, sky, islands, & distant mountains is priceless. Even family from other parts of Seattle were very impressed with everything about their stay. We would gather here, again.

Multi family vacation

We loved our stay in Alki beach and Jonathan’s place was a perfect accommodation our family. My partner and two adult daughters accompanied me, as well as my cousin and her spouse and two teens. There are very few places in Alki beach that can accommodate eight people comfortably but we found Jonathan’s place very suitable for our needs. My adult daughters shared the downstairs bedroom which is really just a single Couch bed - but they are used to roughing it. The downstairs room does have its own bathroom and shower, which was a plus for them. Fortunately we brought extra pillows and linens for that room. The two teens slept on the two couches on the main floor in the living area (there were extra linens and pillows in storage tubs in the upstairs bedroom closet for those beds) and they had access to the 1/2 bath on that level. There were two bedrooms (and master bath) on the third level, and the 4th level rooftop patio had beautiful views of the Puget sound. There was adequate space for us to be together in the kitchen and living area and on the rooftop, but it was easy to find places to be alone in the house as well. The kitchen was well appointed, and we were able to cook breakfast there. Also, there was a grocery store nearby where we were able to pick up munchies and food to keep in the refrigerator. Alki beach was easily accessed on foot (15-20 min walk) or by electric scooters and bikes that you can rent. Alki beach is our favorite place to stay in the Seattle are.
