Alki Beach Bungalow
Come stay at our refurbished 1910 Beach Bungalow on Alki Point. It has all the modern amenities and comfort while maintaining its old world charm. Our master bedroom with a queen bed has an attached exercise changing room that can be used as a third bedroom, with a queen or twin aero bed and linens.
Our bungalow has a unique feature. The second bedroom with a queen bed and T.V. is downstairs. It has its own seprate entrance along with a bathroom, sitting room and office area.
This is perfect for two couples. Due to limited space there are no bathtubs in either of the bathrooms, showers only. Our bungalow is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden that was featured in the 2003 West Seattle Garden tour. View the garden from the front porch or around back on our custom built deck, where you will find a hot tub, table and chairs, built in fish pond and lots of afternoon sun. A great place for sunbathing, entertaining or just relaxing with a good book.
Beach combing, birding, kayaking, sunsets, with views of the Olympics and Mount Rainier can be found on the beach three blocks to the south. Three blocks to the north puts you right in the middle of all the action on Alki Beach, with its sandy beach, boardwalk, bike path, restaurants and shops. This is a very popular beach, perfect for people watching, romantic walks, beautiful sunsets and city views.
The bus line is a half a block away from the bungalow that will take you to downtown Seattle or catch the free water taxi shuttle at the bus stop down on Alki at the bus stop next to Starbucks, it will take you to the Water Taxi. You will enjoy a short ride across Elliot Bay to the Downtown Waterfront where you can easily walk to the Public Market, Stadiums, Pioneer Square, Convention Center, Theaters, and much more.
Return after a full day to our bungalow with all its comforts of home:
Hot tub, LED flat screen TV, full kitchen, pillow top queen size beds, and much more, are all here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

I LOVED this house. It was so charming and well appointed and comfortable. The hosts are excellent communicators and my kids LOVED the koi! I would absolutely stay here again.

This bungalow is a treasure! Great location for neighborhood fun and for accessing Seattle. Lovely spaces for our 4 adult family Seattle to hang out—inside and outside. throughly supplied kitchen for cooking, beautiful gardens, and helpful, gracious hosts. VRBO does not get better than this!

This is a charming, comfortable, clean, lovely home. Lots of separate spaces both inside and out, making it work well for a family with people who like some quiet time alone in addition to time spent together. The gardens and patios on both sides of the house are lovely, including the hot tub on the back deck.The location can't be beat, too!

Everything was fantastic. The house and property are gorgeous. The attention to detail is phenomenal and everything went so smoothly, we want to book with them again. They are located within walking distance of the beach and there are several restaurants in area as well. There is a water taxi boarding station on close proximity as well, and this offer transportation into Pier 50 in downtown Seattle.

We traveled to Seattle for my daughter’s graduation from UW and decided to try someplace outside U district. The bungalow in Alki Beach is a gem! The property is charming and is in a nice location. Quiet but also close to beach and restaurants that are easy to walk to. Pam and Tom were gracious hosts who clearly want their guests to have a wonderful experience. They were super responsive to a few questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at the bungalow! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very close to the coast/restaurants and shopping. Pam and Tom were so speedy getting back to us when we had questions. Beautiful home in the best possible location. We were able to get to the city quickly for underground tours and a hockey game. But we loved the garden and relaxing in the hot tub. We made sure to go to Vashon Island and find the Dambo troll and the closer trolls.

Lovely beach Bungalow. Very relaxing space. Love the backyard and gardens. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the house. It was charming with beautiful gardens to stroll thru on the way to the beach. Loved that you could walk to the beach and restaurants. Also, convenient to public transportation.

Great place in nice neighborhood
Loved staying here. Will be even better when West Seattle bridge opens as traffic in and out of area is pretty tough.
