This beautiful 3 bed 3 full bath has been newly renovated. It can sleep 10 and is in a great location in The Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach. Only a few miles from everything with amazing panoramic views of The Atlantic Ocean. The unit is hosted and managed by a owner operator team. We try to make you feel like this is your home away from home. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with utensils as well.

What an amazing location with an awesome view as well as very attentive host. We were a group of five women and the large three bedroom, three bath set-up was perfect. The wrap around porch with three sliders and an outdoor table with an amazing view of the ocean was fabulous. Unit has smart tv's, a great B&D vacuum, beach chairs & umbrellas, stocked with cookware, and a few condiments. Would suggest you bring your own napkins, paper towels, and ziploc bags. Check in process was so easy. Parking can be a bit tight, but we always drove up to the top level and found parking with no problem. Property has a great bar/restaurant. Food and drinks were very good. There is a small pool with a tiny lazy river on site, but we did not use it. We opted for the beach only steps away. There is also a coffee hut downstairs. Property is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwark aree and close to the marina where we rented a boat. I can't say enough about how attentive the host was. He was always available to answere our questions. Totally recommend this property. Can't wait to return with my family.

Home away from home

This place has al the comforts of home while being a perfect location. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool area. Pizza , Ice Cream, or dinner on location. If you are looking for a beach focused vacation , this is it.

Excellent communication with the host prior to and throughout our stay. The location was great with it being right on the beach and just a short drive to the Ripken Experience for our baseball tournament. The view from the balcony was amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. The building WiFi was a bit slow, but we were also there during a very busy time. Onsite parking was convenient and we only had one time when we had to park in the other garage.

Great beach side condo

We really enjoyed our stay here the place was nice and clean. You walked out the elevator and either through the parking lot or the hotel right to the beach. There is a beach side pool that you walk by to get to the beach where you can swim with the place. There is also an indoor pool you can use. The little Waterpark thing you see next to the building isn't included which we thought was the lazy river( not a big deal just not clear). Having the three bathrooms was so nice coming back from the beach. The balcony is super nice to sit out on. There is a little store, pizza place, ice cream, and restaurant all in the lobby area of the hotel which was nice never needed to leave the area.

Family Weekend Away

We had a great time at this condo. It was located with beautiful beach views, huge wrap around balcony, and easy access to everything. The host was extremely nice and easy to work with. We could not have asked for anything more.

Beautiful view of the beach!

Thank you for being a wonderful host! Weather did not cooperate so we did not get to enjoy the outside pool area with the kids but the view of the beach was awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing experience

The property is situated in a perfect location! It isn’t “walk out your door, you’re in the sand” but you have a wrap around porch with the perfect beach/ocean view! It’s a beautiful condo with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, full kitchen and a well spaced living area with a small dining area. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to work with! He definitely goes above and beyond for the guest! My family 10/10 recommends this property and owner! We will definitely book again!

The host was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I will definitely contact him for future bookings! Our condo was beautiful and clean! I loved the whole experience of the host! The property itself was not my favorite! The parking garage was tight and smelled! The hall smelled too! The pool, bar, and beach were amazing!

Great stay!

Rooms are nice and spacious. Close to beach and kids loved the inside and outside pools. We would definitely stay here again! Host is very open and welcoming :) Thanks for a great vacation and helping us make memories with the kids and grandkids!!

Three C's - Convenient, Clean, Comfortable

Jeremiah was an excellent host, he even helped some of our friends who were in a pinch for a one night accommodation. The condo was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The location was convenient, we could walk to some restaurants, stores, or take a quick drive to other restaurants, the Convention Center, Broadway at the Beach, and more. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend his condo and the location.

Great location. Nice updated condo. Very clean and comfy. The host Jeremiah was very helpful and responded immediately with any questions we had. He also gave great recommendations on restaurants and shopping. We will definitely pick this place again in the future!

Awesome Beach & Baseball Trip

Condo was perfect! Everything that we needed was right there! Great location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Communication was the best I’ve ever had at a VRBO rental. Will definitely stay again.

Nice condo for a family.

We had a great week at the beach. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. Just about everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen. We liked that there was a vacuum available, since sand can get annoying. The location is very convenient for getting to the beach.

Great host and clean!

Staying here was made very easy by the host. He’s very responsive. Upon arrival our condo was clean and ready for us. The balcony offered a clear view of the ocean which was just a quick elevator ride down and a walk across the parking lot away. The only downfall was that that parking garage was a nightmare at times, seemed more suitable for more compact vehicles and the actual building which the condo is in seemed a little rough at times and wild (for lack of better terms) BUT it was spring break week/weekend so I think that played a major role in all of that. Overall, I would recommend this to friends and family.
