We had a wonderful time! The bed was super comfortable, which is not something you always get in a rental. We slept so comfortably! It was very romantic and peaceful. I absolutely loved the old feel of the cabin. Also we stayed plenty warm after the temperature changed. The tub was also surprisingly very comfortable to relax in!

Great property, very comfortable and stayed cool inside with the Texas heat. Made a new friend with the cat living there on the property, We named him George for the weekend. Communication with the host was impeccable. Definitely recommended 5 stars!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying in this cabin. We loved how secluded it was and the copper bathtub was awesome. What made it even better was all the cute porch kitties that came around. We will definitely be back.

Hot tub smelled like a lot of bleach and ended up bleaching out a swim suit.Fridge worked good but could be a little bigger.AC worked but could not keep up with the heat.And the deer feeder on the property didn’t put out feed for the deerBut overall it was very nice

Thanks for staying with us, and for sharing your feedback! We haven’t had anyone mention a bleach smell before in the hot tub, so we’re not sure what may have caused it, but we will absolutely look into it. The area only has a kitchenette as advertised, which is why it has a mini fridge but glad it worked out for you. We’re also sorry the AC struggled in the heat—it usually keeps up without any issues but may have been a high humidity day. The deer feeder does contain corn, but it only dispenses once a day, so it may not have gone off while you were watching. We appreciate you letting us know about your experience and I'm happy you loved it overall. We hope you’ll come back and give us another chance!

Great historical cabin with beautiful German Hill Country style architecture. Loved the stone and wood features. Very authentic. Great hot tub and back porch to relax at night. Copper tub was so deep and relaxing. Sprayer wasn’t working well but tub was still cool! The farm cats are a plus if you’re an animal person. They are the sweetest most well behaved kitties. They hang out on the porch and vie for your utmost attention. Loved the private and peaceful setting. Kitchen/bathroom well appointed with supplies. Hope to come back for another anniversary. Would highly recommend for couples, anniversaries, birthdays, romantic/peaceful getaway. Host was very nice and responsive.

Absolutely love this place! My only recommendation would be to put some lights just around the hot tub so that you didn’t have to have the porch light on which of course attracts more insects. Again, it was an amazing place.

The Host was great, very welcoming to say the least. The Peach Cabin is just that. A real sweet peach. All was very good except the on demand water heater which was tepid at best. Too cold for a bath or even washing ones hair. Staying three nights four days was too long to go without Hot water.

I am so glad you loved the Peach Cabin!! It was such a pleasure having you! I apologize you had a struggle with the hot water as we've actually never had any guests have any issues with it in the past and haven't had any complaints of the water not being hot enough. But we will absolutely check it out and see if there is anything we can do to make sure that doesn't happen again. Thank you again for staying with us!!!
