The Space:
The home is now a duplex! There is another private suite in the front and is rented separately. The only shared space is the driveway, everything else is completely private. Petit Paradis is the back unit, offering full privacy and comfort. Traveling with another couple or a group of four? Send us a message, we’d love to help you reserve both units! We may even be able to offer a special discount when booking both spaces.

Super clean one bedroom with kitchenette and large double vanity bathroom. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in downtown. No issues with parking or the back patio. A couple of minor cons… Very limited hot water, had to shower quickly. Very thin walls, got to hear more than I wanted of the neighbors conversations. All in all… Would definitely stay here again.

We rarely receive complaints about thin walls or being able to hear guests from the neighboring studio. Loved the space for our quick Fredericksburg getaway. Everything in the apartment was thoughtfully designed and lovely. Hot tub was great, linens and towels were great, and the location was convenient to Main Street as well as the nearby HEB. Would gladly stay here again.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to Main Street but also easy to enter and exit with appropriate parking. The space is great for a quick get away with ample amenities throughout the space.

This property is so precious. Perfect for a little getaway with my husband. There were a lot of dog hairs around, but the place wasn't dirty. If you are planning to book this property (and you should!) make sure you are prepared to drive to Main Street. Yes, it is technically 2 blocks from the street itself, but not the part you want to go to. Management was very helpful and kind and I can't say enough nice things about my experience with them.

The studio was perfect for my husband and I. Close to everything, clean, well supplied, nice hottub for 2 with tv under covered porch with privacy curtains, corn hole was a nice touch. Communication with host was great. Would definitely recommend

Room, bathroom, and all areas wonderful very comfortable, good test for everything; the only recommendation is the hot tub have odor and needed to be clean the water dirty but was enough hot.

Mom and Daughter Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay…what a cute spot. 5 stars all around - decor, comfy bed, fun patio area and perfect location. I’m coming back for sure.

Great Place for Couple’s Getaway
Our stay at Petit Paradis was great. It is a quiet location just a short distance from Main Street. The place was clean, well outfitted, and just what we needed for a weekend trip to Fredericksburg.

5 year Anniversary Trip
As parents of 2 boys, 3 and under, we needed a relaxing weekend away! Perfect walking distance to main but also quiet and not a lot of traffic. We will definitely stay again!
