The Space:
The home is now a duplex! A private suite has been added to the back of the property and is rented separately. The only shared space is the driveway, everything else is completely private. La Belle Vie is the front unit, offering full privacy and comfort. Traveling with another couple or a group of four? Send us a message, we’d love to help you reserve both units! We may even be able to offer a special discount when booking both spaces.
- There is no cable at the house. We don't advertise cable on this listing. There are Smart TV's + WIFI. You are able to log into your own streaming service accounts.
- Cornhole available!

House was nice and as described online. We had an issue with the hot tub but once we called they sent someone to take care of it in less than 30 minutes. This house is on a quiet street and easy to walk to main.

Right off Main St. So convenient to the Fredericksburg atmosphere. The place is beautiful from the moment you walk in. So cozy and well thought out. The hot tub was warm and inviting after the evening in town. It is a great retreat for couples looking for a quiet space right near all the action. Look forward to the next time we are able to visit the town and book a stay. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

Great small home close to main
My husband and really enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed. The bed is comfortable and the sheets and pillow cases are soft. Oversized shower and hot tub was our favorite part.

Great place and great location
Great, clean and convenient spot to downtown Fredericksburg! Really clean and nice small house. Loved the hot tub and outdoor space. Very clean and great communication from the owners. I’d stay here again no doubt.

Clean and privacy was 10/10. The hot tub was perfect and we watched the boxing match at the same time. Would recommend this for a couples getaway. The strip is about 2 blocks away, but you can always Uber to the center of it. Would recommend this stay 100%
