Naples Bay Resort combines the comforts of Condo Living and Club Lifestyle. Come enjoy the Members Lounge with 3 giant TVs, Pool Table, food and drinks.

This condo is part of the Naples Bay Resort which is a private club and requires a registration

Novemberv1 thru May 31

$250 for your temporary membership plus $60per day for resort daily fees which covers all guest, 6 maximum, staying in the condo.



June 1 to October 31

$150 Temporary Membership Fee plus $50 a day resort fees, This covers everyone in the condo.,



This allows you access to the gym, five pools, tennis, spa (fees applied for services), Members Lounge and a free shuttle to 5th Avenue 3rd Street, & The Pier beach.

Very clean and safe

The resort is beautiful, and the cottage is safe and very clean. It fit our family perfectly. We had an enjoyable stay.

NAPLES APRIL 2023

The resort and condo were great. This was our first stay in Naples and we are so happy we chose to stay at the Cottages at Naples Bay. Location was perfect and we enjoyed the amenities. Thank you again Alina.

The Cottages at Naples Bay Resort

Wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed the amenities (pool, Bluewater Bar & Grill, Nosh and Indulge restaurants). Thank you for having a Keurig for coffee in the morning, although it was fun to walk over to the coffee shop at the resort! Would recommend upgrading the twin beds to a King or Queen bed. Thank you!

Fantastic rental

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home in early March 2023. We loved everything about it. Very well equipped and ready for guests. The Cottages at Naples Bay Resort were fantastic. We enjoyed the pool, bar, and health club facilities. Check-in was super easy and the owner was very helpful in advance. Would highly recommend it and hope that we can make another visit there.

Great Experience

This was our 1st time in Naples area and we had a Great time. The property and resort were the right choice for our family. We enjoyed all parts of the resort from the fitness center, the pool and cafes. The property was close enough to downtown that we were able to walk if we wanted. We appreciated the added touches to make us feel at home in the Condo, thank you for the wine. Communication with the owner and property management team was outstanding, check in and check out process very easy. Highly recommended. Thank you

Beautiful condo

This condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. There is one wall in the great room painted like a mural that is really pretty and a great backdrop for pictures! We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. This is our second time staying in these condos, but the first time in this condo specifically. One thing that took us by surprise was the extra fees. That was on me for not reading that closely enough in the description on VRBO. The last condo we stayed at the Cottages had built that into their price so it wasn’t something extra to pay once we were there. So read the fine print more closely than I did! Checkout is at 10:30 am. We had packed most of our stuff and then went to get breakfast and got back to the condo at 10:00 am to finish packing and load up the car. The cleaning person was already there when we returned at 10:00 am. I think 10:30 am is pretty early for check out so I don’t think the cleaning should arrive before that time. It was awkward to be packing up as she was stripping beds and cleaning around us while we were there. Overall, this condo is great and the facility is amazing. We really enjoy the pools and the work out area and the sauna and steam room. The bar is great and the food is really good!

I am sorry that you were not expecting the Club Fees - we have placed *** to be sure that travelers see that a Daily Resort Fee is charged and that covers everyone in your group along with a Membership Fee. In order to provide the level of deep cleaning, it is necessary to start at 10.am since in season we have same day check out and check ins. If guests asks ahead of time, we try our best to accommodate. Guests are welcomed to stay at the resort and enjoy the amenities all day.

Try this place!

We had been to NBR 3 times before but never thru Vrbo. Alina was an excellent host! Pleasant, helpful and available to answer a question when needed

It was a great vacation

We loved everything about the property, the amenities, the service, the proximity to downtown Naples with great restaurants and beautiful surroundings. Alina, the host was very kind and she responded all of our questions.

Located in the G building, this second floor condo faces the conversation providing you with a very peaceful view from the lanai. The condo has been freshly painted and new wood floors and furniture. The kitchen is fully stock for your enjoyment.
The complex offers 5 pools, 3 Hot tubs, tennis, gym, outdoor pool grill bar, daily pool towel service, member's lounge with casual meals, and a concierge desk service. Enjoy the free shuttle to 5th Avenue, 3rd Street and the Pier Beach.
