The condo was as advertised and great for our family. Central location to great restaurants and gelato on fifth avenue. The host was great and amazing communication. The design and set up of the condo was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break

We travelled here for Spring Break, and were so happy with our decision. The place was super clean upon arrival and well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids had a great time at the pool and tennis courts. We will return!!

This was our fifth trip to Naples and third in the Cottages but our first at this condo. We can not say enough about Kelly’s unit. The pictures are beautiful but it is even nicer in person. The unit has literally everything you would need to move in and never leave (you won’t want to leave). Communication with Kelly was excellent and she provided all the information you could think of and some things you wouldn’t have thought of. The resort has everything you need for recreation from tennis to the multiple pools and lazy river, to boat and bike rentals. The unit is less than a 2 minute walk to the pool and tennis area. The restaurants and shops on Fifth and Third are less than a 5 minute drive (with traffic). We are torn to leave such a wonderful review because more people will start booking here but it really is that nice. We are already planning our next visit!

Beautiful & Comfortable Home

The property is beautifully decorated and looks like to photos. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything one would need. The beds are comfortable and the host has thought of everything (eg. cooler, beach bag and toys, sewing kit, etc.)! She was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this listing!

Our stay at the condo was simply wonderful! In lead up, the host Kelly was amazingly thoughtful and communitive. We were traveling with three young children so understanding what we'd be arriving to was so helpful. The condo was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the condo offered everything we'd hope to have in our own home. We spent our 8 day trip at the beach for sunsets, renting boats and exploring, and lots of time at the pool. The location is PERFECT! The restaurants onsite are lovely and very walkable. Many days we visited Cafe on the Bay for coffee and treats. We have been fortunate to do quote a bit of traveling- but this trip will be remembered as one of our favorites. We certainly hope to return! Thank you to Kelly for her lovely hosting- and to the Florida sunshine for your magic!! :)

Naples Bay Resort - Incredible!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Naples Bay Resort for our family vacation, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we booked, Kelly, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her commitment to our satisfaction was evident, and she made us feel right at home.The property itself is stunning. The well-maintained grounds and beautiful landscaping create a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The resort features an incredible clubhouse with top-notch amenities, including a fitness center that we enjoyed using during our stay.One of our favorite aspects was the adult pool. It was amazing and quickly became our go-to spot every day. Overall, Naples Bay Resort exceeded our expectations, and we can’t recommend it enough for families looking for a delightful getaway. Thank you, Kelly, for making our vacation so special!

We absolutely couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience. Kelly’s place is spotless, with incredible attention to detail in every way. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly stocked, and the linens are clean and high quality.The resort itself is stunning, peaceful, and relaxing. Everything about our stay went above and beyond our expectations.Kelly is also an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with.If we’re heading to Naples again, we honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
