Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Please accept our apologies for the pull-out bed frame being broken. We would have sent someone out to fix it if we had known about it during your stay. We will let the owner know that the bed in the master bedroom is not comfortable and we will take a look at that soft spot on the balcony. Since we don't live in the unit, we rely on our guests to let us know when things are a little, "off" so, thank you. We are glad that the condo itself was excellent. We hope you enjoyed some time on our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home.

Whitney, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback during your stay. We apologize for the roach and mouse trap issues you experienced. This unit doesn't have a roach infestation. They come inside through open doors, etc. But we understand how frightening it was to see your child grab a baited mouse trap. We did send someone out to check for other traps and remove them and we hoped the refund we gave you eased that irritation. We are sorry you didn't understand that this property only had parking for 1 car. It is clearly stated in the listing that "parking is provided for 1 vehicle at Alerio. Additional parking is available at Geronimo RV Park around the corner for Alerio guests for a daily fee." We are glad that you enjoyed the location and the pool and we hope that everything else about your stay was great.

Falon, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry that your vacation was not as you expected. The listing is clear about parking. We are sorry you feel it is too far to walk. We apologize for the cockroaches. We know that is not what you want to see on your vacation and we are truly sorry. Our records indicate that the unit was treated twice during your stay by a professional exterminator. We also sent one of our guys out with traps. We bombed the unit after your stay and it is on a regular pest maintenance program to prevent any future issues. We hope that you enjoyed the local attractions and had some fun at the beach.

We are happy to know that you really enjoyed your stay here overall because of its location in a gated community and the amazing pool. This unit can accommodate up to five guests with a queen-size bed in the master, a full in the guest bedroom, and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. We apologize for the splash pad not working and the above guests' noise level. Unfortunately we have no control over these issues. The size of the master bed and artwork is the choice of the owner of this unit. We will forward your comments regarding the air conditioning unit, remotes, towel rack, shoe mat, and hooks to property managers so that they may review and assess these issues.
