The property is in a good location 0.5 miles east or west of beach entrance. Close to nice places to visit and enjoy. Just one observation, AC check for the master bedroom. Thank you

It’s a good location. I enjoyed having the pool very close by and being able to walk to the beach. The condo was spacious enough as well. My only complaint is that the rooms aren’t dark enough to sleep in. At night you could constantly see the headlights reflecting from the cars passing by and that was very bothersome. I would suggest putting some curtains up. It’s very hard to sleep when the sun is so bright in the room even if the blinds are closed. The remotes were also very slow to work- perhaps a battery issue? Overall the stay was decent.

Beautiful property in a great location

The property was amazing along with all the amenities. Location was great and all was enjoyed by all, except the ac issue that we encountered. The first night we slept in warmer than normal conditions and very humid. The next day, the temperature continued to climb. After the second contact with the number provided, someone finally came out to address the issue. By this time, the day was gone. After returning back from the evening out, it had cooled down tremendously as should be. Sadly, we checked out the next morning to journey home.

Place was not terrible—just seemed like it had not been stayed in much and had definitely not been kept up. All furniture was old, stained, worn, and uncomfortable. Had roaches, or palmetto bugs as they are referred to. It honestly, that’s just a part of being in FL. At least they were dead! Minor things like towel racks and freezer handle broken. If the price would’ve reflected the less than 5 star accommodation that this was, I would have felt more comfortable giving a higher score. With a little TLC this place could be fine. But otherwise, too pricey for what it is in our opinion. We left a day early and decided to stay in a hotel to be able to sleep comfortably. I texted the property management company and they offered to send someone out, but to us it was too late to address the issues—not sure what they would have been able to do. Overall, would not recommend as there are plenty of options in the area.
