Perfect place to stay when attending the Telluride Film Festival. Close to theaters and good restaurants. Big well equipped kitchen if you ate cooking in. Comfortable beds and clean rooms making it a wonderful visit to Telluride.

Love this property! In the heart of everything you want to do in Telluride. Beyond the great location, the house design is perfect for a group of friends, beds are comfortable, the living area is large with great light and the kitchen is well stocked for those that want to cook. Appreciate the easy and prompt communication with the team on check-in, parking details and responding to questions. Thank you for the welcome wine! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! The home is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The view from the upstairs living area is amazing and was one of our favorite features. The property was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. A bottle of wine was left on the table for us and was so nice after a long drive:) The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of Telluride and close to everything. It was the perfect place for our group, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Saddle Pad! The location can’t be beat. It was an easy walk to everywhere that we wanted to go in town. It fit our party of 8 adults and one toddler comfortably. The living space upstairs was a great place for all of us to hang out in with a large dining table and plenty of seating in the living area. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We used Telluride Express because we had 9 people. It's in the Heart of Telluride Town. It is a Precious spot with a Great View of the Sunrise over the Mountain. Use the Alley to the Right of the Green Door to find the 1A unit. It took us a minute to figure out where the Fence was to find the lockbox. Hopefully, that helps other guest who book.
My Granddaughter caught this Beautiful Photo between the Buildings, like Stonehenge in England !!

sweet spot in the center of town

the place was true to pictures and was perfect for our family. cozy, sufficient storage and homey. location absolutely can't be beat.

Comfortable except for the lack of air conditioning in July. Many fans provided and it cooled off nicely at night. Plenty of parking. Close to all amenities. Enjoyed our stay! Cyndee

Perfect Location Downtown Telluride

We had a great experience at this house- the location couldn't be more perfect. 5 min walk to the lifts.Restaurants all over the place within a couple of minutes.Host was great and accommodating. I would stay here again if we come back.Perfect for a group of family or friends.
