Welcome to Manitou Riverhouse 115, an AvantStay home!

Newly renovated in July of 2021, this downtown Telluride, two-bedroom, luxury condo is tucked into the side of the hill. Its private deck provides views overlooking the river, the gondola, and the Oak Street chairlift.

The Manitou Riverhouse is located on the south side of the San Miguel River, a short walk to skiing, dining, and shopping in the heart of Telluride. Cross the river via the beautiful pedestrian bridge and walk through the open deck area, past the hot tub gazebo. Continue through the complex via several steps, walkways, and up staircases on the east side of the building.

This spacious, fully-renovated condo is hidden against tall pines, giving it a quiet feel all while being located in the center of Telluride. Enter the condo mudroom and find the master bedroom with a queen bed with an updated Casper mattress just to your right, with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has its own flatscreen TV and a nice view of the river and the Marshall Basin ridge tops. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure.

Down the hallway is a bedroom with two twin bunk beds with updated Casper mattresses, its own flatscreen, and the common-access bathroom with tub and shower.

Straight down the hall is the great room. The kitchen, with new stainless-steel appliances including a five-burner gas range, dishwasher, and microwave has all you'll need to have meals family-style. The kitchen peninsula has comfy, bar seating and opens up to the living room with a large, sleeper sofa and wrap-around windows. To the right is a custom, built-in dining nook with seating for 7. The large flatscreen, SMART TV is HDMI compatible, with YouTube TV, for guest use. The condo has high-speed, wireless internet. There is also a modern, gas fireplace and custom artwork to help make your vacation an incredible experience you won’t forget.

Off the living room area is a sliding glass door opening onto a big west-to-south facing deck. Views are looking toward the gondola and across town to Cornet Creek. Stairs from the deck also go down to the river overlook below.

The complex has a common hot tub in the gazebo overlooking the river. The condo has its own ski locker on the ground level (on the way in). There is a complimentary laundry room right across the landing from the entry (just a few steps from your front door).

- There is no A/C at this property.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Due to the geological isolation of Telluride/Mountain Village, guests may experience Wi-Fi outages and substandard internet speeds.

Parking Details:
- No parking available onsite.
- Street parking is first-come, first-serve in a permitted zone.
- Please note that the dirt parking lot is a private lot. Manitou guests are not able to park here.
- If utilizing the street parking permit, please ensure you have registered your vehicle with our Guest Services team to avoid ticketing/towing. Please read and follow all posted parking signs; AvantStay is not responsible for ticketing/towing.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
