Great condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo. Clean and very tastefully decorated. Only problem was the oven is dated and only worked sporadically on bake so it made for an interesting task baking cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Worked fine on broil.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this spacious and newly renovated unit with a great ocean view! The only downside was that the oven was broken while we were there and there was no in-unit laundry, which we would have expected for a property of this type. We will be back!

Great location

Went to Myrtle with family. The place was spotless and even looks better than in person. The location was great. Quieter part of the beach and right on the beach. We had a great stay and would come back again. Communication was great as well, fast response from team. We had no issues. I work in the hotel industry and know what to look for in properties and wanted to give a shout out to the housekeeping staff, they do not get the recognition very often as it is a hard position. The place was spotless! Great job! Thank you.

Great BUT

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit BUT the building had issues while we were here. One of the elevators was broken when we arrived and the other one kept breaking down. This resulted in having to climb the stairs 10 floors several days in a row. Very problematic when you have 86 year old relatives with you, or if you are checking in and have luggage, etc. after the 4th or 5th time, we had enough and building management was nice enough to move us and we had a much more pleasant stay.

Excellent Condo

We greatly enjoyed this super modern and clean condo. Love how quiet this location is, compared to other Myrtle Beach locations. Appreciated the on-premise security team. Super simple and fast check in and check out. Chairs and umbrellas that were provided in the storage next to the elevator were very helpful. The beach was amazing! The whole condo worked very well for the number of people we had (6 adults and 1 child). We will definitely return!

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as described and we were very pleased with our stay. As a previous owner in Windy Hill area of NMB we were very impressed with the quality of this beach. The sand is clean, the beach is wide, and the water is warm. We only had two minor issues. The master BR nightstand had some "personal items" left in the top drawer from the previous renter. Items I would not have liked my 4yr old to have seen, I will leave it at that. Housekeeping needs to do a more thorough cleaning job on turnover. My only other issue with the building is with the other owners whom I guess live there year-round. They seemed a bit anti-renter in their comments and attitudes towards renters. Which they were not afraid to express on elevator rides. All that said, I would return to this condo in the future and we were very impressed.

Beautiful!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this condo - one of the nicest ones we've stayed at in the Arcadians. The decor is beautiful and it is well maintained. The only issue we had is that the sink wasn't working properly and we had to call for a plumber and they spent an entire day in the unit working on it. One of our guests also unfortunately had to work while we were visiting so they were also in the unit (rather than being on the beach). The bldg plumber was able to make it work but not completely fix it and said he would have another plumber come when we left rather than disrupt our trip further. Unfortunately, the next day while our remote working guest was in the unit, three men walked in - no knock, nothing - to work on the sink. That plumber stayed all afternoon to fix it. Sink fixed but two days completely disrupted. Aside from that and some of the confusion our guests had with how to use the tvs, and the change of the door code in the middle of the trip, it was great. We'll be back next year!

Perfect Beach Location

Great stay, especially for the price. Very clean also. Just was surprised on the limitation of garbage bags, soap, coffee filters etc. but this was also my first time staying in a VRBO.

Great Mother’s Day Retreat

We met our 2 daughters and granddaughters here for a fun Mother’s Day vacation. When we arrived it was like a breath of fresh air and relaxation. This condo is beautifully decorated and was very clean! It is right on the beach, has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach, and it’s a quick walk downstairs to get onto the beach. The rooms were quiet and walls thick so we could sleep—even when others were talking in the main room we couldn’t hear them. The people at the condo office and the security guard were all very nice and helpful. We sure will be renting again.

Great Time

We had a great time at the Arcadian One. We had enough room for 2 adults and 4 children. The beds were comfortable. I would have given it a 5 rating, but the WiFi was shotty, and we were not able to wash clothes. Also, for the price, I think more than 1 roll of toilet paper should be given.
