This property was everything and more! Beautiful inside and out. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows for pull out beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing and the slide was a hit with the kids and adults. The ice machine in the bar area was the best idea!! We never ran out of ice! We will definitely consider this property again!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying in the house for our family summer vacation. The house is absolutely amazing. The pool is fabulous, the boat dock is perfect for our bass boat, and the location is quiet. This is by far the best house we have found on LBJ in the past 5 years of going there. Danielle is very responsive and easy to work with. We are already excited about going next year. 6 star property.

If you've come across this home, do yourself a favor and go ahead and book it. First, she is the most responsive, helpful host that I have probably ever had. Then there is the house itself. Believe what you see in the pictures! It's beautiful & accommodating. This is hands down the most equipped home that we have had. You can show up here with your groceries and not leave for the duration of your trip if you do not want to. 3 indoor refrigerators, coffee bar with fresh beans & grinder, wine fridge, commercial sized ice machine, game room, tons of room & seating, this house has it all & is also a 5 minute drive to HEB with several nearby restuarants. We would definitely not hestiate to book this home again!!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST

Genuinely a perfect house for our short weekend trip. Pool is great, the spaciousness of the rooms was awesome and overall I would love to come back with a big group again.

This home is awesome! Spacious, clean and right in the lake. Its hard to beat. Stayed here with our 2 and 4 year olds who had a blast especially going down the slide. Will definitely be coming back.

Fun for the kids!

Great house with everything you need! The water slide and pool was a hit for the kids. Host was prompt with communication and helping us out with questions!

This was our 4th time staying at this house and it never disappoints. It has everything needed for a great lake vacation - pool, dock, lake view, grill, bunk/TV room for the kids, and more. And Danielle was a great host with quick communication responses. We hope to return again in the future.

This property was perfect for our family gathering over Labor Day weekend. Very clean, house spread out so we were not on top of each other, everything we could need was provided and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pools and we brought our boat and used the boat lift to make it easy to use the boat throughout the weekend. The game room was very nice. A wonderful home for a gathering.

Fantastic house.

Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed. Communication with the owner was great - very friendly and prompt. The bunk room/game room combination is great for families. The home is only minutes from Boat Town Burger Bar - highly recommended. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house was just amazing. What a gem. Our family had an amazing weekend. Communication with the host was fast and easy. I loved the organization of the bedding for all the pullout beds and the multiple fans they had on hand for each room. Everything was great!

Great Family Trip

We loved our stay at this property! We were two families with 5 kids under the age of 7 with us. The kids LOVED the pool - especially the water slide. And honestly it was fun for the grownups too. We loved how close it was to some restaurants, and the boat lift was a huge plus. The bunk room was super fun for the kids, and we had plenty of space for everyone. The kids said they wanted to stay forever! The host was also EXTREMELY responsive and helpful with a few things that came up.

We rent a house somewhere beautiful every summer, and this trip was especially meaningful because we were celebrating my 60th birthday and the fact that I’m still here after a stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis. At 953.97/night for three people, two senior citizens and a millennial, our expectations were high.Pros: Gorgeous river view and easy access, beautiful clean lower pool, relatively clean home, and close to restaurants, HEB, boat rentals, and Marble Falls.Days before arrival, we were told a large game-room window was broken; arrived to find it covered with plywood and plastic. It was at the front of the house and large enough to walk through if someone pried back the plywood. My elderly, disabled mother was frightened and had trouble sleeping because she didn't feel secure. Shocked it was left as is.We rented this home partly for the accessible upper pool because my mother uses a walker/wheelchair. It was dirty on arrival, and I was told multiple times I would need to clean it myself if we wanted to use it.There were also several huge wasp/hornet nests on the patio, making us uncomfortable using the space, and the patio fan did not work. The owner seemed annoyed when I reported these issues. The pool was cleaned and nests knocked down Tuesday; someone sprayed Wednesday.Finally, the king bed in my room sagged badly and was extremely uncomfortable for six nights. Beautiful setting, but at nearly 1,000/night, I expected the home to be secure and ready for guests.
