This 16-bedroom lodge boasts 13 king-size beds, 4 queen-over-queen bunk beds, 1 triple twin bunk, 6 queen futons, and sleeper sofas – sleeping up to 68 guests!

Enjoy mountain views, spacious interiors, and the comforts of home at this large group lodge in the Smoky Mountains. Curl up in front of the electric fireplace, relax in the rocking chairs on the deck, or climb into the steaming hot tub for a soak. Stay entertained with a big screen TV, pool table, board games, high speed Wi-Fi, and the private indoor pool!

This large group lodge also offers a charcoal grill for barbecues, a washer/dryer, a flat driveway, and a double kitchen with tons of appliances, dishes, and cooking tools. This pet-friendly property also offers some handicap features for easier accessibility.

Technicality

Internet wifi didn’t work at all and basement HVAC didn’t work either for all three days everything else was good but this is main thing that we need and that didn’t work

Semi-Annual Business Trip

This year marks three years in a row we have taken this business trip. We typically rent a cabin in this same area that has anywhere from 14-20 bedrooms due to the size of group we bring. Each time, it appears the craftmanship of the cabin continues to diminish. For example, door handles loose or won't close/lock. Cabinet doors/handles falling off or barely hanging onto cabinet. Shower heads and nozzles loose. Floor tiles no longer adhered to the floor (wobbly), Pool features not working (this makes two times in a row these features have not worked). Pots, pans, and dishwashers falling apart. In all, I understand these are rentals and people do not always take care of them, but I feel for the expense we pay for a weeks stay, that some updates/repairs could be completed. I rated check-in process at 4 stars simply because Cabins4You forgot to send me the entry code to unlock the cabin. They sent me all details but that one piece of crucial information. I rated location and neighborhood at 3 stars because a new cabin was being built across the street. It was loud and took away from the peace and serenity we were seeking, along with the meetings that were taking place. It would have been nice to have been notified of this before our stay. Outside of the construction, I would normally rate this area/cabin with 5 stars as there is a beautiful view and the area is kept nice and clean. Overall rating at 4 stars simply due to the condition of the cabin and the construction taking place. If repairs were made and construction was communicated beforehand, then this would be 5 stars.

Weekend reunion

It was a very spacious property and a great setup for our reunion. Overall the property was great. Each family loved having their own private bathroom. Several room options for the kids to bunk up together. The decor and cleanliness was great. The only negatives were the hot tub took the entire weekend to warm up. The house took a solid day to cool down, and the pool was frigid and rarely used. Maintenance was called to check on the pool but we never had a warm pool. There were a few maintenance issues during our short stay as well but nothing that was too inconvenient. Be cautious on renting this if a pool is a must.
