Loved the stay. Very spacious. Beautiful views. Large space to hang out & play games but also great bedrooms. Will definitely look to stay here in the future.

This cabin is very spacious and everyone loved their own bathrooms. It was great to have a separate pool house.

Luxurious cabin

The cabin was just as nice as it looks in the pictures. Very comfortable beds too! The views of the mountains were incredible. We really enjoyed the trip.

This cabin is marvelous! Our Christmas vacation with family from SC, AL and CA spanning 3 generations all had a wonderful time. Some of us didn't leave the cabin! What a great place to create great memories!

This cabin was amazing! Great location and it was beautiful. It had everything we needed, very cleaned, spacious, organized and beautiful view. The pool was very big, the kids enjoyed it a lot. The host were life savers. They let us do early check in when we desperately needed it, they were quick to response. I had zero issues here, I highly recommend it. Thank you so much host and crew.

Family getaway

It was everything that we needed for a family vacation. There were 17 of us and we had plenty of space. The house was clean and spacious.We would definitely recommend this cabin again.

Our Favorite Cabin

We loved everything about the cabin! The bird house/pool was amazing and our children loved it! Our family had fun in the game room and the movie room! We will for sure be staying again the next we come to the pigeon forge/gatlinburg area.

Fun Time

We had 4 families that stayed and we all had a great time. Pool was a good temperature. Kids loved all the games and the theatre room. Had a few bumps along the way but property management was always quick to reply.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this house - we had three families and everyone fit comfortably with plenty of room to spread out around the house. Kids loved the indoor pool. Lovely views from front and back of the home. Conveniently located to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked for any cooking/meal prep. Our one bit of feedback is that the hot tub water was a little cloudy/off in color for it being 'refreshed' before each visitor.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay. The hot tub is drained and refilled after each checkout. There was a full week between that last checkout and your checkin, so the water can get a little cloudy if the cleaners do not plan ahead for that time and place enough bromine in the spa. That's likely what happened, so we will address that with the crew. Thanks.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time this week. Close enough to everything Pigeon Forge offers and far enough away to have the mountain experience. The cabin had enough to keep the teenagers and kids happy. We had everything we needed and more. The price is high and the noise level from the game room is too loud but the bedrooms are quiet. Plus you can retreat to the theater room!

Amazing view - gorgeous cabin

Huge property - still pretty new with absolutely gorgeous view. Enjoyed all the space of the rooms! Pool was pretty cool even though we really didn’t use it as much as we planned. Stayed in the hot tub. Movie room and game room was much used and easy to access. Double fridge was very nice and ample garbage space outside. We will be renting again for birthday!

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. The pool water is kept at a constant 82 degrees, which is a good bit higher than competitive pools (typically 78). Though this is not a spa-like temperature, it does feel refreshing and even warm once you get used to it. We can't heat it much more than that due to it being in a confined pool house, and we would not be able to control the humidity of higher water temperatures. Thanks!

Beautiful lodge with incredible views

The lodge was everything we hoped for and more! Our first time to pigeon forge did not disappoint. The views were incredible and we were really blown away with the lodge. We had 7 families on this trip and everyone had their own space and plenty to do. The game room, theater, hot tub & pool house were a huge hit for both kids and adults. The lodge is very well maintained and everyone kept saying “this place is incredible!”. The owner is very easy to communicate with and we really appreciated the quick response to the minor issues we had. You will not be disappointed staying here!! We hope to come back again because it was a truly great experience!

Thanks for the 5 stars. If anything is not working upon arrival, please let us know so we can help. The hot tub is filled with new water for each guest, so the temperature needs to be manually turned up after you arrive. The pool is also professionally treated between each guest, so if there is anything wrong, just let us know and we'll send the pool company back. Thanks.

Wisconsin family getaway to the Smokies

Our VRBO experience exceeded our expectations The facility itself was everything we expected The outside hills/ mountains are beautiful....gsme room was major hit with our young adult grandchildren. Surprising, we didn’t even use the theatres....too short of a stay, I guess. One thing that may be helpful to future guests would be list of restaurants or grocerers, etc that deliver to Eagle Spread Lodge community. We came and left by large motor coach so were without other transportation during our stay. Just a thought. SGundlach

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. Between all the things to do in this cabin and in the area, it's hard to come up with time just to sit on the back deck in a rocker and relax. We understand. You really need to stay a full month to do it all! We do have a dining guide on our website, but this is a good suggestion to investigate/note which ones deliver. Thanks!

Love this property

Great Family really enjoyed not really many issues could’ve been cleaner walked in. Had to kill a few wasp. Also game room bathroom toilet handle was broken but overall great experience we would rent again here. Management of the property responded really fast maintenance person came by check to see if we need anything. They didn’t fix the toilet, but didn’t need it. There’s so many bathrooms in there didn’t need it. I would advise people to go here and stay at this condo.

Excellent!

Pictures don't do it justice. The pictures made the pool look smaller than it really is. It was amazing for everyone to have their own bathroom. Only comment I'd make is, having a 1/2 bath on the main floor would have been nice. Unless you are staying in one of those rooms you are either going into someone else's bathroom or downstairs. No big deal overall. The cleanliness was spot on, but a little off putting in the chemicals used in the fridge and stove. Had to let some cleaning residue burn off before feeling comfortable cooking food in oven. Overall though I still rate the place a 10/10 and would go back in an instant!

Fantabulous Family Friendly Fun for Everyone

We asked our children (8, 11, 17, and 21) what they would miss most about vacation. They said, “The CABIN!” The indoor heated pool, hot tub with a view, private home theatre, and awesome game room provided endless hours of entertainment and more fun than we could possibly have imagined or exhausted. Each bedroom is decorated uniquely and has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Smartly designed floor plans and strategically placed furniture promotes fellowship for family and friends and the wide open spaces allows everyone to spread out and unwind. Enjoy a cup of coffee while you take in the spectacular sights and sounds of the Smoky Mountains from the back porch swing or rock away your worries while you witness the sunrise. There are plenty of linens, towels, and dishes to meet your needs! The host is wonderful and checking in and out could not be simpler. Pigeon Forge attractions are also conveniently located! We cannot wait to return! Enjoy!

Wonderful property only negatives

Pans were terrible to cook with and pool house and pool water was too warm. Everything else was excellent!

We appreciate your feedback. We have since replaced the worn pots and pans, and found out the pool heater had a runaway thermostat (which we've repaired). Next time, please just let us know during your stay if anything is wrong so we can get it fixed for your stay. Thanks!

Beautiful Home!

Such a great place for large groups with varying ages! Something for everyone to do right in the cabin, allowing us to spend tons of time together relaxing in such a beautiful setting. Sadly, we were evacuated due to Wildfires in the area on our last afternoon. Overall, it was a great time and very relaxing.
