Layout Notes:
Entry leads into the primary suite, which includes the bunk bed alcove (TV but no window). From there, a door connects to the hallway leading to the additional bedrooms and the second bathroom.

This well-located, stylish, and practical home offers all the essentials for a comfortable LA stay—whether you're here for work, play, or both.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to your private unitand fenced in patio, through your private entrance

There is no guest access to the connected home/yard.

The Neighborhood:
Explore the desirable Ladera Heights neighborhood, known for its beautiful homes and safe, welcoming atmosphere. This apartment is ideally situated for easy access to a variety of attractions. Enjoy a quick 15-minute drive, or a convenient Uber/Lyft ride, to reach both the exciting events at The Forum and SoFi Stadium, and the relaxing beaches. Discover the perfect blend of tranquility and entertainment in this charming residential area.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for easy access to the surrounding areas. Street parking is free and has no restrictions (no meters, permits or street cleaning days). Our guests are always able to find spaces in front of the house.

There are 2 bus stops nearby, though most guests prefer to use Uber/Lyft as convenient and economical options to explore the area.

Other Things to Note:
Please watch your step at the entrance door, as there is a small platform to step onto.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

We love animals, but due to a medical condition related to extreme allergies of tenants living at the property, we are unable to allow any and all animals. We apologize for this inconvenience.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

NOTE: Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy and will be available as little or as much as you would like during your stay. We can always be reached by phone or text.

Great Place & Great Location!

My husband & I stayed here for several nights and really loved how clean and comfortable this house was. It is decorated beautifully and is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and Beverly Hills. The king-size bed was really comfortable & did I already mention how clean it was?? The only negative is that the fridge is teeny, tiny and a larger dorm-type fridge with a freezer compartment would be a nice upgrade. Even with that, it is a great place & we'd highly recommend it!
