The host was very prompt with replies, accessible to our needs, and welcoming. The property was centrally located, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Don’t hesitate to book!

We did have a neighbor who blocked the entry of the garage. It happens but made us late. I don’t think your cleaning staff is mopping the floors where dirty on bare feet. Couple of things. With the bath tubs. It would be a good idea for liability to have a slip mat in the bathtub. I almost fell but used a wash cloth to not slip. Same for the other rooms upstairs. All in all it was a great experience and a great space. Neighbors seem to come and go at 2-3am but nothing you can do about that. Oh one other thing perhaps illuminating the step at the front gate to avoid tripping on that mini step. Thank you.

House was updated, clean, and as described. All instructions were clear and all things we needed were there. Also great location for all the “tourist” activities in LA. We were about 20 minutes away from almost everything we wanted to do!

Close to all things LA/Hollywood, clean and spacious. Having the double garage is amazing and it’s safe place and oddly quiet. I travel the world and I’m a VRBO snob. I would stay again.

Great way to visit family in LA

Close to our cousins house. Booked it for the open kitchen and it was great. We all could meet and chat. Thai food across the street was top notch. Bakery nearby had fresh pastries every morning.

LA Pride Stay

We had a fun weekend in LA and our stay at Shawn's place made it a comfortable stay as well. The townhouse was as listed, clean and it met our needs for a weekend considering we just needed a place to rest and sleep after a day of touring, dining out, and a night out. We will definitely look into using Shawn's place the next time we are back.

I WISHED THIS PROPERTY DID NOT SIT ADJACENT TO A MAJOR GROCERY STORE ON THE EAST SIDE OF HOLLYWOOD. FOR THIS REASON, YOUR PRICING IS A BIT OFF. LOCATION IS EVERYTHING. NEXT TIME, I WOULD NOT SELECT THIS LOCATION. BUT I WOULD SELECT A PROPERTY OF THIS SORT. BE MINDFUL OF LOCATION. I RENT A LOT. BUT I WILL NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN DUE ONLY TO THE LOCATION NEXT TO THAT GOD AWFUL GROCERY STORE WHERE HOODLUMS HUNG OUT AND ENCAMPED ALONG THE STREET, NEXT TO YOUR PROPRTY....A VERY BAD LOOK FOR YOUR FIRST TIME VISITORS. The stay was perfect. No issues. Very clean property. We had 7 family members in town for graduation celebrations. The open living space made it easy for the family to gather and commune. I received prompt responses from Shawn, the property host, when we had questions. 5Stars

Great location perfect home

Sean’s house is in a great location, central to everything in west Hollywood. The beds were comfy and the hot water pressure was excellent, two things I always look for in a stay. The neighborhood is a bit gritty but there’s a gate and a secure garage so I had no concerns about the safety of my car. The smart and final next door gets lots of trucks at 6am with backup beeping sounding a lot like an alarm so we were up early each day with that noise. Otherwise the home was exactly as advertised.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was extremely clean and comfortable - exactly how it looks in the photos. Many extra amenities and special touches. Our host Shawn was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had immediately. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
