Classic Cape Cod Cottage, nicely maintained older property lots of charm and a beautiful big pet friendly fenced in backyard !This was our 3rd stay at Bill’s property, very well equipped,clean, conveniently located very near the beach, shops and great restaurants Perfect spot for families

We had a great stay! We loved how close it was to the beach and that we could bring our dog. We also really appreciated the outdoor shower and extra room with tv for space.

The property was nice, the outside shower was nice. The irrigation system was a nuisance. At 6 am or around that time, sitting outside with your first cup of coffee, the system started and you had to head into the house, same at about 6 pm, just when you sat to have happy hr.the system went off. It was irritating!!!!The kitchen was very small, a new stove??? The grill wasn't properly cleaned, all the food we brought to cook, we took home, not cleaning somebody else's mess.The sun room was very nice. The neighborhood and location was good.

This was our third stay here and everytime we love it even more! As the sign on the front door says, it truly is a home away from home. The best location & the perfect Cape cottage vibe with a beautiful backyard for our dogs to enjoy vacation with us. Bill is always prompt with responding to any questions & the house is kept immaculate. We can't wait for our next stay!

"Home away from home"

This was our second stay and it truly feels like a home away from home! The house is immaculately clean and ready for us, the fenced in yard is perfect, 5 minute walk to Glendon Beach and Bill is a great host that is very responsive and helpful. We cant wait for our next stay!

One of my favorite weeks of the year!

This was our 5th year staying at this cottage. It is perfect for our family. So close to everything! Already looking forward to next year!

Great Week

This property was great and gave my family a wonderful week vacation. It’s within walking distance to the beach and several restaurant's which made it that much easier to enjoy our stay.

Great location, and property

Had a great stay fantastic large yard completely closed in for our two labs. Nice short walk to the beach, and easy access to plenty of nearby amenities.

Exactly as Described!

We had a great stay. Perfect spot for my family and love that we could bring pets! Very close to the beach and surrounding shops, restaurants and sites. Quick and helpful communication from owner!

Quaint comfortable cottage

Relaxing, homey getaway. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Deserted beaches were a joy to walk

We always enjoy our stay here. It is relaxing in a quiet neigborhood, fenced in for children and pets. The property is exactly as pictured and described. The beach is easily walkable and the West Dennis beach is an easy quick drive. The owner is easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions or concerns. All reasons why we are repeat guests!

Love this cottage

Our 4 th year in this sweet cottage. Love it here. Nice and clean. Quiet street and fenced in yard for our dog. Beach at end of street. Bill is awesome to communicate with!

Nice stay at the place

We stayed for 4 night, the place is clean and adqately equipped - we had everything we needed. We loved the fenced in yard that our dog enjoyed. The communication was very good, messages were all responded within a few minutes. Enjoyed the stay

Great location

Beautiful dog-friendly property close to the beach- easy to walk to for sunset viewing. Gorgeous, private fenced in backyard and patio- wish we had better weather to enjoy more!
