Cape Cod Beach Cottage, only 5 minute walk to Glendon beach & local restaurants

Mid Cape classic beach cottage featuring 3 bedrooms and a four season room with windows all around and a comfortable futon sofa. Each bedroom and family room are equipped with ceiling fans to take advantage of the cool ocean breeze but window AC units are also In place if needed. Want to relax, play board games or catch up on TV or social media, there is a comfortably furnished living room with large HD Smart TV, cable and wireless internet. Kitchen with compact stove, full size fridge, microwave, dish ware, glass, utensils, coffee maker. A washer and dryer helps you conveniently manage all those beach towels and bathing suits. Beautifully landscaped property with a large private fenced in back yard, deck with patio furniture, large gas grill and a comfortable private outdoor shower. Perfect for small children and pets to play so you can sit back and relax knowing they cannot wander. Walk to Glendon beach and many local restaurants. The shed is full of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys with a beach wagon to use for your convenience. Short drive to Sea St, South Village and West Dennis beaches. Dennisport/Mid Cape offers so much locally but is also the perfect launching point for awesome day trips to Wellfleet/National sea shore, Provincetown or ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Ample parking for 6 vehicles. Beds are left unmade with Bed linen, bath and beach towels available for use. Cottage is professionally cleaned prior to each rental period. Plan to bring consumables such as hand and dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. Trash is picked up from the yard weekly.

This was our third stay here and everytime we love it even more! As the sign on the front door says, it truly is a home away from home. The best location & the perfect Cape cottage vibe with a beautiful backyard for our dogs to enjoy vacation with us. Bill is always prompt with responding to any questions & the house is kept immaculate. We can't wait for our next stay!

"Home away from home"

This was our second stay and it truly feels like a home away from home! The house is immaculately clean and ready for us, the fenced in yard is perfect, 5 minute walk to Glendon Beach and Bill is a great host that is very responsive and helpful. We cant wait for our next stay!

We always enjoy our stay here. It is relaxing in a quiet neigborhood, fenced in for children and pets. The property is exactly as pictured and described. The beach is easily walkable and the West Dennis beach is an easy quick drive. The owner is easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions or concerns. All reasons why we are repeat guests!

Love this cottage

Our 4 th year in this sweet cottage. Love it here. Nice and clean. Quiet street and fenced in yard for our dog. Beach at end of street. Bill is awesome to communicate with!

We had a great stay. Perfect spot for my family and love that we could bring pets! Very close to the beach and surrounding shops, restaurants and sites. Quick and helpful communication from owner!

Nice stay at the place

We stayed for 4 night, the place is clean and adqately equipped - we had everything we needed. We loved the fenced in yard that our dog enjoyed. The communication was very good, messages were all responded within a few minutes. Enjoyed the stay

Great Location!

We had a nice spring stay in Dennis! This was a great location an easy 5 min walk to Glendon Beach. Since we had to bring our dog, this home was ideal with the fenced in yard with plenty of room to roam. The house was cozy with everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

My husband, our pups and I vacationed at this beautiful, cozy ane clean Cape Cod home with a great fenced in backyard for our honeymoon. It was a perfect Cape Cod experience with a short walk to the beach and short distance to so many of our favorite Cape Cod restaurants. Bill was so responsive and kind. We look forward to our next visit!!
