The property has 6 Guestrooms + Office, Terraces off every Bedroom, Home Gym, Balcony with BBQ & Sink area, Fire Pit, Jacuzzi, Walking/Hiking Trails, Birdhouse, Chicken Coops, Skate Park, Pool Rancho with full outdoor kitchen, Gas Grill & Sitting Areas with TV, including 2 outdoor half-baths, and an Outdoor Shower. We also have Stables & Stable Rancho, Herb & Vegetable Garden, Chapel, Viewer & 3-Car Open Garage. Every window has spectacular views of the gardens, with magnificent mountain views from outdoors, a nature lover's paradise!

It is located 25-30 minutes from San Jose International Airport and 15-20 minutes from Santa Ana & Escazu, both upscale shopping and dining areas. The road leading up to the property is bordered by mostly Coffee Fields, and surround by a protected Reserve.

Main House: 2nd Floor includes Formal Living & Dining Rooms with stunning views to Gardens, Fire Pit and Jacuzzi. Additionally, Gourmet Kitchen with Breakfast Area, Balcony with BBQ, Office & Balcony with BBQ, 2 Half Baths, 1 Full Bath, Laundry Room and Pantry. This level also includes 2 King Guestrooms across from Main Entry with one (1) large full bathroom, Built in Closets & Drawers, designated Desk Area and Coffee Station.

Main House: 3rd Floor includes epic Master In-Suite with luxurious Master Bath & large Closets. This levels also includes (1) Queen In-Suite with comfortable Tub/Shower, (1) Queen Guestroom & (1) Full Guestroom, (1) Full Guest Bathroom with Shower, and a Great Room with 75" TV & Surround Sound. All Guestrooms have Garden views, Terraces & Built in Closets/Drawers.

Extensive Gardens & Walkways, with Toucans nesting in the backyard, and white-faced monkeys frequently crossing the property to reach Reserve that surrounds it. Property has on-site Caretakers which can assist as needed, light housekeeping is included in your stay.

A slice of Heaven!

This home is definitely one of themost magnificent properties our family have ever had the pleasure of staying. Honestly, the pictures don't show the immensity and beauty of this property. The layout, rooms, and grounds are beautiful and Immaculate. After a day of exploring we looked forward to come home to luxury

A piece of paradise

This was, far and away, the most exceptional place that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The pictures do not do it justice (although they look pretty good!) and was the site of the most relaxing 10 days any of us had had in a long time. First, the house: spectacular beyond words. The beds are fantastic (even better than my own at home, which is saying something), the linens are crisp, the towels are at every hand, there are more bathrooms than bedrooms. The kitchen is phenomenal, with an ice-maker and enough plastic and glass glasses to never wash a dish (although you can in the dishwasher, also a plus!) There's an office, a gym, laundry, everything your heart desires. Plus, when you walk outside, you are surrounded in the most beautiful scenery, with lush greenery, a few toucans flying above you, as you enjoy your time in the pool or hot tub. And, if you're not a swimmer, you can spend your time in the pool cabana & bar area, watching football (if you're my husband), reading on the swing (if you're me), or playing on the trampoline or outdoor play structures (if you're the kids!) I cried when I left. You'd cry for not booking this place. 15/10 stars. (Oh, and also, Ani is a dream)

Family gathering in celebration of life and love.

This property is magnificent. The pictures don’t do justice for how beautiful it is. Ideal for a large family like ours of 10 people. Each of the 3 family groups had their own bedroom wings. The grounds are beautiful and very private and peaceful. The outdoor cabana by the pool is beautiful and great for grilling. Finally, the owner was super to deal with. Any question we had was immediately responded to. Our family highly recommends this property. I wish we could give it six stars.
