Located in the beautiful community of Caldera Springs, 56706 Dancing Rock Loop is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This large 3,100 sq. ft. home is enjoyable for up to 10 guests with its 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Inside this luxurious home, you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings, wood paneled accents and hardwood floors. Additional features of this beautiful home include:

-Gourmet kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel Dacor appliances, two ovens, wine fridge and large island and beautiful cabinets.

-Dining room with seating for eight with additional seating at kitchen island.

-Comfortable living room with ample seating and a grand gas stone fireplace.

-Three bedrooms featuring king beds, TV and attached bathroom.

We stayed here last year & enjoyed our stay just as much. The home is beautiful & just minutes away from the Village, Crosswater golf course & the other courses. The patio & hot tub were wonderful after golf & the beds & bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you’d need for a memorable & relaxing stay.

We are a group of 8 senior ladies who meet for a few days annually. This house with 4 bedrooms - each with its own bathroom was perfect for us. Other than one bedroom upstairs, this is a very handicap accessible house. It is truly beautiful with a lovely view of golf course. Great walking and biking trails. 2 inside garage parking spots.

House was clean, quiet neighborhood, close to the mountain for skiing and local places to eat. Host was easy to communicate with. Great spot and likely will book again when we return to the area.

Great Property! Very spacious with a nice open layout for hosting the family. Rooms are private & nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub & fire pit, pool & gf course. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great house

Perfect spot for two families with convenient access to Mt. Bachelor for skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was the perfect apres ski activity. We also appreciated the flexibility of a later checkout—thank you!

Caldera Springs Gem

We spent Easter weekend in the home and it was everything we expected and more. We highly recommend this home if you have family traveling with you. The bedrooms are quiet and it has great areas to gather for meals and playing games. Sunriver is very close for dining out and coffee.

Well equipped and spacious home

This lovely home is well equipped and spacious, room for the whole family. We enjoyed all the area has to offer, pool time, bike riding, golf, smore's at the fire pit and games around the table. A wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful home with wonderful amenities that provides a relaxing and quiet environment for recharging and making wonderful memories with your family. Easy to get anywhere in Sunriver or making trips up to the Mt Bachelor.
