1 Tumalo Ln is a quick walk to the river, and a short walk/ride to Ft. Rock Park, the Village and the SHARC.
The quiet location and the amenities included make this a peaceful retreat. With over 3200 Sq Ft this open floor plan with vaulted ceilings is perfect for multiple families to get together, relax, and enjoy everything Sunriver has to offer. The home has 2 masters, one upstairs with a king bed and walk in closet. The second master is downstairs also with a king bed. Both masters have direct access to the spacious 8 person hot tub. There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs, one with a king, and the other with 2 sets of log bunk beds. There is a shared bathroom downstairs with a sauna and access to the hot tub. There is a second living space downstairs with a sleeper sofa.
The fully stocked kitchen has solid surface counters, pantry, gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a meal at the bar or at the large 8 person table.
A private deck with gas BBQ and 2 outdoor eating areas gives plenty of room for large gatherings and allows for your enjoyment of the beauty of Sunriver. In the double car garage there are 7 adult size bikes, 2 children's bikes, and a baby trailer that is easy to attach to any bike. Although bikes are available, we encourage you to bring your own due to possible unexpected maintenance issues. Also in the garage is a foosball table and a second refrigerator. The large private driveway has a basketball hoop.

Our group of four adults and four kids found the home very comfortable and a great fit for our needs. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, and all the appliances and amenities worked exactly as expected. The house was very clean and well kept. Check in/ out was seamless and instructions were clear. It was a perfect home base after long days on the mountain—plenty of space to relax and unwind, and everything was clean and easy to use. The stay was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The downstairs living area was perfect for kids to take over. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to other families or groups looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped place for a Sunriver getaway.

The home is a lovely place to vacation in during your Sunriver stay. The hosts communicate clearly and respond rapidly to your questions. Very well appointed kitchen and a quiet location close to everything.

Great spring break trip
The house was super clean and very well appointed! Sunriver is wonderful and only a short drive to Mt. Bachelor. The house had everything we could have possibly needed. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful. I highly recommend this property, especially if you are traveling with friends.

Absolutely amazing home!
We stayed here 5 nights amd loved the house. We especially loved the large open space of the house, the hot tub, and the sauna. When were back in the Bend/Sunriver area we'll be looking up this spot again!

Great family vacation
We had a great time in this home after Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great. We were skiing on bachelor after a short 35 min drive. We would stay here again!

Amazing family house
My family just finished a really great Christmas at this house. Plenty of space. Great kitchen. Plenty of tv areas and an easy drive to the village.

Great experience
We stayed with friends and family and enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the arcade and we all loved the jacuzzi. It was very comfortable and easy!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. Bathrooms for everyone (which is so hard to find), great home amenities and a perfect location for the ultimate Sunriver experience.
