Great vacation rental

We had a great stay at this property. The pool helped keep everybody occupied when having down time from doing other things. The bbq pit came in handy. The house was just as advertised.

Sandpiper Lane

Beautiful views, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, short walk to beach, dining room had seating for all eleven of us. Only cons were: there were lots of stairs to climb and a lack of enough seating in the living room.

Beautiful

We have a large family, and this house was the perfect size.The only negative is the check-in and check-out times.I understand the properties have to be cleaned for the next guest but it's very early check-out and late check-in. This takes away from precious vacation time.

Cousins Reunion

Sandpiper was perfect for our reunion. Our ages ranged from 72-82. We had ample space and comfort to visit and reminisce in beautiful surroundings.

Fantastic views - great for team

Our team stayed in this house when we came in town for spring break and it was perfect. So roomy with plenty of views!! Just a quick walk to the beach. So thankful for this house!

Great Location

The house is spacious, plenty of room for a big group. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely rent again.

This house is Heaven on earth, clean, spacious, good location.

The renting went over with a breeze, no problems/issues. I definitely suggest this property to anyone that’s planning to come to Gulf Shores for vacation.

Awesome place!!

We loved this rental! The bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. We had 4 families and a grandparent and it was perfect! Very clean and as pictured in the listing. Pool was small but it was actually perfect for our toddler.

Highly Recommend!

This house was the perfect place for our group of 16 (8 adults and 8 young children)! The location was perfect with a great view, close to the beach, on a dead end road. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. None of us wanted to leave!

Perfect

The house is fantastic! 7 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms- all perfect for a big group. Also, the house is at the end of the road with unobstructed views of the bay, and a beautiful walkway is right outside the door leading to other parts of the bay or the walkway to the beach.

Vacation 2024

Property was great! Kids really wanted a game room with ping pong or pool table in place of going to beach all the time. Air conditioning should upstairs needed to be on before we arrived! It was 91 degrees at 3 pm and didn’t cool off til like 3 or 4 am! Great location and not far from beach.

Gulf shore vacation

The house was gorgeous and looks just like the photos. The views were outstanding. The location is great. All family members thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to returning to the area. My only complaint is that we decided to stay an extra day and was given a quote. After several text back and forth the company agreed to the original quoted price that was given to me a few days earlier. After I get home I see they charged a much higher price than we agreed and this part I am very unhappy with.

Property "unliveable"

Notified by property manager on morning of stay, that we could not stay due to "infestation" making property "unliveable". Thankfully we were given full refund.

Bed bugs in the Master

This home had the best layout for traveling with friends. Plenty of space for all of us and a great location. Our trip was ruined though by finding bed bugs in the master bed. We reported it immediately and sent pictures. Never asked for a refund as we found them towards the end of the trip but did ask for the extent of infestation so our friends in other rooms would know if they were exposed to them as well. No one wants to bring those home! The management company told me they would have it checked, instead they put me off for 5 days (daily check ins on my part) and finally told me they just changed all the beds in the unit. According to the calendar, this was 5 days after a new reservation checked in! I would have loved to stay at this property again next year but would never after seeing their response to bed bugs.

Very impressed with the property. Location was a short walk to the beach. Property views were great with a view of an inlet waterway. Sunset views from the balconies. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful View

The location of the property overlooking the bay area was beautiful! The house was just as it was described and was perfect for our family of 11. We arrived an hour early and called the property management but they claim they’re unable to let us in any earlier which is kind of a bummer since it was already cleaned according to them. We were disappointed at the cleanliness. Lots of dust on baseboards and ceiling fans, found things in the couch and under the couch of food. Also they need a few more utensils and sharp knives. All these things are cosmetic and we would stay again. Location to the beach was awesome ! Point

At the beach week with the extended family

Excellent cleanliness, great pool, TV's worked well, good parking, fairly close to beach, great views from balconies, needs a 2nd refrigerator with a cold water dispenser, living room was too small for 21 people, some bedrooms too small to accommodate luggage (bedroom with 4 bunk beds as an example) and sleepers, with 21 people there was a lot of food stuffs and very limited storage area other than counter tops.

Perfect spot for getting family together

We said 17 people between 2 and 90 to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday and this house was perfect. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was so convenient and the pool was perfect for the kids, especially when done prior got tired of the beach. Would definitely rent this property again

Great Springbreak

Everything perfect. Got to Gulf shores earlier than expected. Just made a call from our reservation info’ let them know we were early and the door code was available to uses within minutes.
