Quaint Oceanfront Condo, on the Beach!

Adorable, ocean front condo, sleeps 8 but there is a fire code condominium restriction of 6 people/unit. Open air stairwell entry.

Time saved is extra time on the beach! You will love the comfort and convenience of this lovely beach front property. No need to lug and pack giant coolers of lunches and drinks for the entire day; bathroom is close. We also allow you the use of our storage locker where you are welcome to use our beach toys and gear, saving you the trouble of carting home sandy gear in your car. This is a low-rise condo of only 12 units resulting in a beachfront that is less crowded than other high-rise properties.

Great location half way between Bethany Beach and downtown Ocean City. Half an hour ride from the Rehobeth outlets and across the street from North Side Park, where one can bike, roller skate, jog, fish, crab and kids can play on a huge play ground when the beach gets to be enough. For those who are really into sports, Northside Park has a community center with outdoor exercise equipment, indoor basketball court as well as multiple sports fields.

This is not just a rental, it is our second home and we treat it with the love and care of our main residence. We hope you will come to love it and enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Very nice condo. Very clean and kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

Great location, way better than staying farther south. There was nothing misleading about the listing. Alicia and Daniel were very responsive when we needed them at check in and check out. I highly recommend this booking.

Excellent communication and a kind renter. View was a bit obstructed by stairs and people walking right in front of door to go out to use them, but price was good so hard to complain.

From booking through our stay, this was a great place for our teen family of 4! It was quiet and bike-friendly and had plenty of kitchenware for all of our meals. When not enjoying the beach, we indulged in TV options galore or working on one of the puzzles. Alicia's suggestion of where to lock up our bikes there was perfect, and she was quick to respond to our questions throughout! Thanks for helping us make new OC memories!

The beach view was beautiful and we were just a short walk down to the beach. The host was very communicative. There was a ton of beach items available to us. Would definitely rent again.

Great communication. Great front beach access and reserved parking. Very nice rooms with a bathroom and two bedrooms. Host mails the key to you but for my case it didn't work because of last minute booking. Host was more than helpful at figuring out alternative. Host was very responsive when asked with questions.

We had a great week at Alicia’s place. Communication with her was easy and the check in process was smooth. The condo was well appointed and it was great to have a locker to store all of our beach gear in. You also cannot beat the location! The Hobo is on older building and you will hear the people above you. Obviously this isn’t anything the owners can help, but just something to be aware of in case youre sensitive to it. The people above us had small children and we heard them running a lot, but we have our own kiddo who seemed to be on a similar schedule, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The location of this condo is excellent. You walk right up to the beach which is incredibly convenient with little kids. The condo itself is in okay condition, but definitely older. The beds were not at all comfortable and seem to be incredibly old. We also did not realize we'd need to bring all of our own bedding, towels, etc. The listing says there is a coffee maker, but I found debris and mold in the water tank. We ended up going to the Starbucks across the street. Overall the condo is fine for a short stay if you're looking for something very close to the beach.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the condo's unbeatable beachfront location and the convenience it offers, especially for families with young children. We sincerely appreciate your comments regarding the condo and are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We understand that comfort is important, We recently replaced one mattress and we'll take another look at the other mattresses as we continue making updates to the unit. We also appreciate you bringing the coffee maker to our attention. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we've addressed it with our cleaning team to ensure it is thoroughly inspected between guests.As a side note, I do keep a spare drip coffee maker in the cabinet under the kitchen counter. Regarding linens and towels, we do note in the listing that guests should bring their own, and I try to send out a hard copy with the key reminding people but maybe this was over looked in your case. Thank you again for your feedback. We value your suggestions and are always working to improve while continuing to offer a great beachfront getaway at a good value. We wish you and your family all the best.

Our stay was amazing! The rental was right on the beach, beautifully updated, and very clean. The owners were wonderful to communicate with—quick to respond and very helpful. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach vacation.
