Absolutely a perfect place for our family during our visit. So peaceful and felt like a cozy home vs an empty flipped vinyl floor rental like most VRBOs. My only regret is we were so busy during our visit we didn't get enough time to truly enjoy the house.

My family and I had a wonderful time here!! We’d definitely come back. Very welcoming, clean and communication response time was so quick if you need anything. You have everything you need there.

My granddaughter and I spent a week there while touring the area. It is a very clean and comfortable home. You wake up to a nice quiet morning with horses out front. We didn’t have any children with us but it would be perfect for a family I would stay again if we are in the area

The property is gorgeous and the perfect little tucked out of the way spot. Inside and outside was clean. It is such a cozy retreat and just what we needed for our girls weekend. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Hot tub was awesome in the evenings.

Very enjoyable home! We enjoyed catching fish in the pond, sitting on the front porch, relaxing in the hot tub and watching the horses.

Beautiful location with a well stocked kitchen. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and one toddler. We were excited to find fresh eggs upon arrival and to watch the horses from the yard.

We were very happy to stay at the house on the horse ranch! So serene & quiet, yet minutes away from anyplace in the Asheville area. Highly recommend this spot!

The property was beautiful inside and out! The house and grounds were well maintained and it was very spacious. The hot tub and grill were great amenities. Having the fresh farm eggs they left for breakfast was a welcome surprise and much appreciated.

Great proximity to everything but still felt like it was in the country. Spacious and it was wonderful to cozy up by the fireplace. Enjoyed our time there!

This place is adorable! While it's a little drive to most tourist attractions, the quiet country setting is ideal. Fresh eggs in the fridge was a sweet surprise!If I had any issue at all, the beds were a bit hard for my personal preference. But, that's just me.All in all, a great place to stay!

This is an excellent place to stay, especially if you're planning to visit Asheville or the Biltmore. Beautiful, peaceful property with everything you need and nothing you don't. Everything was clean and the host always responded to messages quickly. Would gladly stay here again.

A magical farm stay we didn't want to leave!We were so reluctant to leave this place! From the moment we arrived, we were breathing in fresh air and pure peace, greeted with farm-fresh eggs in the fridge (and loved being able to buy more during our stay).Every evening we watched dozens of fireflies light up like little earth fireworks — pure magic. We saw the horses daily and will truly miss them, plus got to say hi to the goats and miniature horse too!The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed, felt just like home. After busy days exploring downtown Asheville or the Biltmore House, the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind.Terri was an amazing host, always helpful and communicative. This stay was unforgettable and we'll definitely be back!Highly recommend for a peaceful, charming farm getaway.

I brought my mom to this amazing home for a late surprise Mother’s Day weekend. She was excited and well impressed with the house, the grounds (being able to see and pet the horses), and her favorite… the hot tub. On the way home she was raving to anyone that would listen how magical the house was. Thank you for allowing me to give back to my mom as she’s always given me so much. We will definitely return in the future!

I loved this place. It was quiet, secluded, and very clean. It had every basic necessity I could think of. The host was friendly and easily reached. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to our trip. My son also loved meeting a delightful puppy, and both my children greatly enjoyed seeing the horses and other animals. I hope to return! This place is a piece of heaven.

Everything was super clean neat the kitchen had everything you could possibly need though we didn't really use the kitchen. Plenty of towels and there were even towels specifically for the hot tub. It was nice to sit under the stars and listen to Nature while soaking in the hot tub. Super close to restaurants, shopping, hwy and groceries.

We enjoyed our stay at the little cottage! It had everything we needed and we loved the horses. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. We also appreciated the farm fresh eggs!
