We had a wonderful stay in Gatlinburg, Tennessee! The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We especially loved the peaceful setting and having a private hot tub to unwind in after a day of exploring.The location was convenient for visiting Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas, while still giving us that quiet mountain getaway feeling. Everything was just as described, and we really enjoyed our stay.We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Tennessee!

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin is beautiful. Did not use the hot tub, unable to get the cover off, it appeared to be too heavy and no lifting device. The cabin was overall very nice. Thanks

Beautiful place to stay, really great location. The host reached out in advance and gave us a few safety warnings about bears in the area and a really helpful parking tip for downtown. The only thing to note is that they don't have consumable amenities at the cabin, no K-cups for use, shampoo, etc. so be sure to bring your own!

A few glitches with the original property, but after very clear and easy communication with the owners, they got us in a very similar beautiful cabin just a few doors down.Would stay again.

The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We saw bears in the area everyday. A mom with her 3 cubs visited the cabin.

A beautiful cabin for our family of 4. I was worried about treacherous roads and being too secluded but this location was perfect. The deck and hot tub were wonderful. A perfect place to stay. Highly recommemd!

The host was very welcoming and the cabin was clean, cozy, and absolutely stunning! It is the perfect stay for couples or small families. I can’t wait to come back with my boys!

The cabin is nice and well appointed. Everything you could need. The beds were comfortable, the back deck very nice and private. However, the cabin needed a better cleaning, and with being charged a cleaning charge, I expect a VERY clean house. The refrigerator is very dirty inside. The downstairs bathroom sink had toothpaste in it and the upstairs toilet and sink were soiled. The hot tub was on the cool side, not exactly a relaxing experience.

We are sorry about your experience and wish you would have reached out we would have been there to address. We can’t fix anything if we are unaware. We did let our cleaners go and have new ones with great reviews. The hot tub had reverted to economy mode it we switched it off and it heats up We are really sorry.

Cabin was very cute, had a great time. Grass was long after we stayed for 3 days they finally mowed it. Some things needed to be fixed. Beds were comfortable.

Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. The issues pointed out (broken light) was fixed before the review was left. We also want future guests to know the grass is cut weekly. We really do aim to provide amazing stay. We were grateful that you mentioned to us those two issues did not impact your stay!
