Nice Property

Great Stay in Mesa!! Had a couple mechanical issues, but owner was very responsive and handled them quickly. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great house in a central location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and conveniently located by great restaurants and shopping. Brian and Jaclin were great to work with from the our initial questions about the house’s location through the end to f our stay and followed up to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at he again n the future!

Snowbird Working Vacation in East Mesa

February 1-March 8We spent five wonderful weeks at the Riverdale Retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for a “working vacation” while spending time away from the cold and snowy Midwest. Fortunately, we had AMAZING weather for most of our stay, so the backyard and heated pool were put to good use. The house is pretty much as seen in the photos. The master bedroom and walk-in closest are quite roomy. The tvs have only very basic cable but we were able to stream sports and other tv shows with ease from our own devices to the tvs. The WiFi signal was strong.The house was so conveniently located for our needs. Very close to the 202 loop with easy access to groceries, shopping and dining. Some of our favorite restaurants: Red, White & Brew, Echo 5, and The Hub. The Hitching Post in Apache Junction is also a fun saloon. If your travels take you to Fountain Hills, be sure to try The Saddle Bronc! Travel was easy, too. We were able to get to each of these locations in 30 minutes or less: Gateway Airport, Sky Harbor Airport, Downtown Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Sloan Park, Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, and The Mesa Market. The hosts were very responsive and gave us pointers on arrival about the house and the area. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Rental Home

We rented this home for two months and were happy with the convenience to local amenities and sights. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our family came for a few days and were happy with their bedrooms and comfort. The pool was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed using it. All in all owners were as good as can be. We will rent again.

Family Getaway

This is great home in a perfect location. After a hike on one of local trails or a round of golf @ one of the local courses it’s great to have a manicured backyard with a pool to relax. Only a mile and half to freeway, grocery shopping and restaurants.

We are your perfect place for small groups and families to hang out and enjoy the Arizona Sun! Riverdale Retreat is in a very safe neighborhood. We have lots of golf courses, outdoor activities, and great restaurants just right up the road.

Rent our Electric car and used our free charging station.
We have a BRAND NEW 2022 Nissan Leaf S + that gets 200 mile range. We will be renting this through our TURO account. Once you send back Nissan Leaf I will Send you the listing and open up the calendar for your specified days! We do have a charging station at our home as well!

You will need to download the application and register as a driver. Its just as easy as renting a car through the Big Rental car companies. We are going to be offering it at $59 per day. We have a charging system in the Garage. You will also have the access to the garage. SAVE MONEY AT THE PUMP AND SAVE HUGE MONEY PAYING HIGH RENTAL CAR COST.
