Property amenities also include parking, dog run, and lush landscaping.
The Space:
The Nantucket is a completely restored unit on the second floor of a historic Charleston home across the street from the Spring Islands resort-style pool. Relax with the added privacy and quiet of the top floor. Spacious rooms, beds, and a living room make The Nantucket the perfect place to rest while enjoying your vacation. The private traditional porch allows guests to experience the city and Charleston charm from the comfort of their own elevated retreat.
The Nantucket can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a kitchen, and a spacious living room.
Bedroom #1 – King bed + Shared bath
Bedroom #2 – Queen bed + ½ bath & Shared full bath
Bedroom #3 – Queen bed + Ensuite bath
Living room – King-sized pull-out couch + Shared bath
Enjoy the resort-style pool, heated to 85 degrees during the cooler months, located in Spring Island East, across Spring Street, socialize on your private porch, explore the quaint up-and-coming neighborhood, and savor a rich selection of dining options all within walking distance. Guest Access:
Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock near the pool for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in.

Cannonborough Elliotborough is a charming, hip neighborhood, dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries & bakeries. Residents, students, & vacationers enjoy a walkable lifestyle, just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.
Getting Around:

Too hot or too far to walk? Not a problem, Charleston offers a variety of transportation options such as a free downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride share companies. Contact our property managers with any further questions about getting around town.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
