Very spacious, clean , and very convenient location close to everything downtown . Property owners very responsive easy to deal with. I would recommend this property over and over . Hoping to stay again.

Great stay in Charleston

They property was exactly as advertised. It's in a great location walking distance to everything our group wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this property.

Property was welcoming! Beds super comfy, plenty of towels provided. Heat and A/C did the job. Enjoyed our stay very much. The property is in the most perfect location for walking to all the eateries, bars, shops… even a little food shack and wine bar right across the street. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

This is a perfect place to stay, close to everything, off street parking, the house is stocked with necessities, it is clean with big comfy beds and a great balcony. We could not have asked for more. Will look into staying again anytime we return.

Great Weekend Get Away

This property was a great choice for my family! We really appreciated the ability to walk to King Street as well as other neighborhoods that offered wonderful dining. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely historic apartment near King Street. It was very cold the week we were there but the Jessamine had everything we needed to stay cozy and comfortable. If it were warmer we would have definitely made use of the cute balcony space. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants.

The home was creatively decorated and filled with the needed essentials such as nice toiletries and a great washer and dryer. We liked the large balcony and convenience of walkability to several fantastic restaurants such as Chubby Fish, Vern’s, and Beautiful South. Our dog wished that there had been some near bye parks. Overall, I definitely recommend booking this downtown gem.

At night all the lights from outside shined thru! Maybe black out shades so it will be dark and there was a terrible sewer odor that would Come and Go from End of hall bathroom. It was very clean and cozy and perfect location for us!!

Very clean and charming historic pad with lots of character. A couple blocks from King St so it's very convenient to the night life without being right in the action. Street noise is definitely a thing, but this was no surprise based on the area and the host warned about it ahead of time. Parking is around the corner, which is a bit inconvenient, but having a dedicated spot is great. Be warned that entry involves a tall indoor staircase, but once in the rental, everything is on one floor. Host communicated easily and was very welcoming. No jumping through hoops with check-in or checkout.

Excellent location - walkable to many experiences. Hosts provided excellent dining recommendations ahead of our visit, many of which were just a block away. Easy and secure access to the apartment. Very clean and tidy with well-stocked kitchen and bath amenities. Hosts were extremely responsive and fixed a minor issue with one of the toilets right away.

Great location

Great stay and the location was sn easy walk to King St. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms clean. We didn’t cook but found whatever was needed in the kitchen.

The apartment itself was very cute and exactly what we needed for our group. The location was a little noisy at night with people leaving the bars and being loud in the streets at all hours of the night, and having single pane windows. The place was dusty and could use a top to bottom. Very close to King Street.
