House was great, we had a party of 8 and everyone slept comfortable. Game room was good for the kids. Views from the back porch were wonderful. Saw a bear.

We stopped in for a weekend in the mountains and couldn't have asked for better. There was plenty of space for everyone and the views were spectacular. Excellent and very responsive hosts. We very much enjoyed our time here!

It was very nice. Lots of details from lights on when we got there to night lights with motion sensors. Well stocked kitchen too. Beautiful views.

The cabin was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. There was 4 of us and we each had our own room and our own space when we needed it. The living room and kitchen was comfy and had plenty of space for us to hang out. I would go back.

We had a great time. We would definitely stay again. It was very clean and spacious. My family loved it. Owners were very responsive and even allowed us to check in early.

We spent a week at this house in August and it was just a beautiful as the photos. The location is what makes this property so special. If you don't want to be near the tourist trap of Pigeon Forge, this is the house for you! The view never gets old and with every sunset it changes. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook a meal. The house is perfectly situated to explore the Smoky Mountain National Park. We spent every morning hiking different trails and then came back in the late afternoon to use the hot tub and relax until dinner. After dinner it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the deck around the fire pit, make s'mores, watch the sunset, and see the stars appear. The host was wonderful and responsive and even had a package delivered when she thought we were running low on some items. I will also add we saw a bear every single day, sometimes more than once in a day! I would highly recommend the "peaceful side" of the smokies to anyone who enjoys nature and peace and quiet. Thank you Kara for a wonderful week!

Very clean and great location. Internet did not work the entire time. Host wanted me to do extra stuff to try and get it working. We never did. Not enough towels for everyone. I had to use my beach towel. I made a request to get more and was told I would need to pay an extra fee. I mentioned people like to use the hot tub as well and she said she would consider that for next time?! That didn't help us. The only other issue was the water pressure. It goes down significantly when people shower and another one flushes a toilet or puts on the dishwasher etc...Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Plan on not having much internet or water pressure, but other than that, very nice.

Beautiful cabin and just met all of our needs! We were in town to watch our son play soccer at Maryville College. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel as we wanted to enjoy our time away from home in between games…this cabin didn’t disappoint. Views were incredible. Townsend, TN is the cutest town with the friendliest people!! Whether strolling on the river, floating down the river, or riding bikes, there is something for everyone. And Sunset Vista is in perfect proximity to all the things mentioned above! Sunset Vista is so spacious with three levels. The pool table was a BIG hit among my two boys. A great weekend getaway and we can’t wait to come back! P.s. believe everything they say about the black bears….we had a visitor everyday that we admired from inside the property!

The Cabin is conveniently located a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Cades Cove and the Great Smoky Mountains. We love that it’s tucked back in Townsend -‘The Peaceful Side of the Smokies’! Lot of local restaurants & shops nearby too to enjoy!
