Kialoa is a beautiful oceanfront 3 level duplex, located in a private oceanside Spinnakers Reach community. Beautiful wide & spacious beach with gorgeous emerald green water. Spinnakers Reach is a private, child-friendly, family community with a nice pool, toddler playground with small club house. The pool and kids play area are located across the street at the end of the property driveway.

The beach house has 6 bedrooms which include: 2 kings and 4 queens (1 queen room has an additional single bed~!). Also, the beach house has 4 full size bathrooms. Owner ensures all rental bookings receive fresh bed lines (the beds will be made and ready to enjoy), in addition fresh towels in each bathroom.
Kialoa has it's own private broad walk & dune deck to the beach. The view truly is fantastic with emerald water, white sand, amazing sea shells and abundant wildlife - dolphins and sea turtle nests included!

Kialoa's amenities include: a well equipped kitchen with ice maker; 2 refrigerators (top floor & in garage); a gas grill; a washer/dryer; an enclosed outside hot/cold private shower; a 2 car garage; 3 level of decks with rocking chairs; and, a beautiful dune deck where watching the sunrise or sunset is a must!
In addition, Kialoa has 6 flat screen TV's, wireless internet, and a top covered deck great for viewing dolphins swimming up the coastline.

Gorgeous wide beach perfect for all beach activities. Kialoa is located within 2 miles of a shopping center which includes a grocery store, movie theater, book store, local seaside shops and restaurants. On the island you can find a large Bogue fishing pier for serious pier fishers, miniature golf courses ice cream shops, biking trails and a small water park for the children. Spinnakers Reach community also has sound-side access with pier fishing & wildlife viewing. Just a short drive will lead you towards shopping in local fishing ports and access to a marine aquarium or sea turtle rescue organization.

Great Vacay

We have been to Kialoa before. It is a great place to stay, plenty of space for 3 families. It is well-equipped and the owner is very nice and accommodating-easy to work with, if needed.

Beautiful home and wonderful location

Fantastic home with many amenities right on the beach. Covered and uncovered decks with private walkway to the beach. Updated kitchen with an additional ice maker, extra fridges in garage. Large dining table for family meals and game nights. Everything we hoped for and more! Owner very helpful with any questions.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in Emerald Isle and staying at Kiaola made it so easy! The house was beautiful and clean. The owner was quick and responsive when we contacted him about locating the coffee maker in the kitchen. The nearby pool was great for the kids to take a break from the beach. Groceries and other activities were just a short drive away including mini golf and an incredible water park. We had a wonderful week at Kiaola!

Beautiful home!

My family loved staying at Kiaola! We have stayed in many different vacation rental homes in various places but NEVER in a home as well equipped as this one! It had everything we needed and even more. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes and appliances. The extra refrigerator in the garage was great. Loved the beautiful views from the decks. Every morning we watched the dolphins swim by and every evening we watched the deer in the backyard. It all was perfect! Scott was great about communication! Truly a very special place!💙

Family vaca 2024

Been coming to EI for over 30 years and loved our stay in Kialoa. It’s very rare that a property has comfortable beds in every bedroom, but everyone said how comfy they all were. We absolutely LOVED sitting at the high top deck chairs that were on the upper covered deck. Scott was very responsive and sent someone over right away when we had sliding door problems. Kitchen was stocked and we loved having an extra fridge in the garage for our beverages. Very clean and updated home. Can’t wait to come back!!

Awesome property!

We were very pleased with the property. Perfect location and the house was great. The covered deck was a great place to watch the beach or read a book. We’ve been going to this area for about 10 years and this is by far our favorite place!

The property was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfy and our three generations enjoyed large family meals of locally caught seafood at the generous dining table. The waves and the beach are among the finest in North and South Carolina.

Best Reunion Location!

we could not be happier with the property! it was beautiful, clean, and everything we could've asked for at a property. There were beach chairs, ping pong tables, and so much more. This was a perfect location and home for the college reunion we had waited so long to have. We will definitely be back next year! The drive (from CLT) was easy and there were grocery stores/shops/restaurants only a few driving min away. Thank you again for such a great vacation!

Great Stay

Everything went easily with check-in and communication with the owner. We were a little bit worried about staying in one side of a duplex but we only heard our neighbors one time. The decks and private walkeay to the beach were great!

Wonderful home in a great location

We loved our stay. The kitchen and bedrooms are well stocked with all the necessities. Very easy walk to the beach. Great to have a covered deck and it was fenced in with a gate. Perfect for our small children! The garage had everything we needed for the beach. We will definitely return.

Everything we needed.

This property was exactly as stated in listing. We loved the lay out and enjoyed our stay. The cons …..The coffee makers in the kitchen could be replaced as they are old …don’t drip well and the water reservoir was dirty. We also need to use the hand mixer and it was not working. There was also a shortage of the smaller eating spoons. Pros….Apart from that we had all we needed with respect to dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and having them made on arrival was very nice. It was also nice having extra bath towels for towel changes later in the week. My only other comment would be to say that the washing machine was pretty moldy and smelled pretty bad. It could use a good cleaning. All that being said we would definitely rent again. We had a great week.

July 2022 Vacation

Great beachfront property (half of duplex). Main living space is on the third floor, so make sure all of your party can handle three flights of stairs. Has all the amenities and good ocean-front porch space. Down side was semi-public walkway right next to us that enabled a flood of other beach-goers on "our" beach.

Wonderful vacation at the Crystal Coast!

We had the best time last week in Emerald Isle! Kialoa was the perfect beachfront property for our family of 9. Plenty of space for all. The townhome was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. It was directly on the beach with a short, private walkway to the sand. Scott was fantastic to work with. The second refrigerator in the garage was not working. Scott had Lowe's delivery a new one the very next day. Talk about taking care of your tenants! Having five kids in the group, a second refrigerator is a must! We highly recommend this spot! Thank you Scott for your beautiful home and your great service!

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay in your house. There are many things that made the stay more enjoyable. The covered top deck made it a great place to watch beach and ocean. I noticed many other houses did not have shaded top deck. Also the new composite deck and walkway is very nice. The kids and adults liked the ping pong table. Just a very relaxing vacation. Only minor issue was the side house entrance lock was sometimes difficult to get unlocked. We think you need to pull the handle towards you when unlocking to release the tension on the lock to make it work better.
