Oceanfront 6 Br, 4 Bath Townhome With Community Pool At End Of B Driveway

Kialoa is a beautiful oceanfront 3 level duplex, located in a private oceanside Spinnakers Reach community. Beautiful wide & spacious beach with gorgeous emerald green water. Spinnakers Reach is a private, child-friendly, family community with a nice pool, toddler playground with small club house. The pool and kids play area are located across the street at the end of the property driveway.

The beach house has 6 bedrooms which include: 2 kings and 4 queens (1 queen room has an additional single bed~!). Also, the beach house has 4 full size bathrooms. Owner ensures all rental bookings receive fresh bed lines (the beds will be made and ready to enjoy), in addition fresh towels in each bathroom.
Kialoa has it's own private broad walk & dune deck to the beach. The view truly is fantastic with emerald water, white sand, amazing sea shells and abundant wildlife - dolphins and sea turtle nests included!

Kialoa's amenities include: a well equipped kitchen with ice maker; 2 refrigerators (top floor & in garage); a gas grill; a washer/dryer; an enclosed outside hot/cold private shower; a 2 car garage; 3 level of decks with rocking chairs; and, a beautiful dune deck where watching the sunrise or sunset is a must!
In addition, Kialoa has 6 flat screen TV's, wireless internet, and a top covered deck great for viewing dolphins swimming up the coastline.

Gorgeous wide beach perfect for all beach activities. Kialoa is located within 2 miles of a shopping center which includes a grocery store, movie theater, book store, local seaside shops and restaurants. On the island you can find a large Bogue fishing pier for serious pier fishers, miniature golf courses ice cream shops, biking trails and a small water park for the children. Spinnakers Reach community also has sound-side access with pier fishing & wildlife viewing. Just a short drive will lead you towards shopping in local fishing ports and access to a marine aquarium or sea turtle rescue organization.

Memorial Day!

The perfect house for multiple families! We enjoyed this house so much. The kitchen had everything you needed and they had several ocean toys and chairs. We had 4 families, with kids ranging from 1-13.

Beach Bliss!

Another amazing week at the beach. We love Emerald Isle and this rental is one of the best. There is plenty of room for extended family to spread out. The new decking and deck furniture is great. The house is in a great location, was very clean and well maintained. It had comfortable beds, kitchen/cooking essentials, and many amenities. The only negative comments heard during the entire stay - the coffee cups are too small!

Property was clean and met needs for a multi-family group of 11. Beach access was easy to get to. Note that on busy days the beach in front of this home and nearby homes fills up due to public access immediately to left. Plenty of beach toys to keep the young ones happy. It was great to see someone supply basic seasonings, which went well with a fully equipped and supplied kitchen (plenty of plates, glasses, silverware). While I was very pleased with sleeping on a firm bed, some members of my party would have preferred that at least 1-2 bedrooms had softer mattresses. Note: blender was functional, but seemed limited to one or two speeds so this item is probably ready to be replaced.

Great Vacay

We have been to Kialoa before. It is a great place to stay, plenty of space for 3 families. It is well-equipped and the owner is very nice and accommodating-easy to work with, if needed.

We were very pleased with the property. Perfect location and the house was great. The covered deck was a great place to watch the beach or read a book. We’ve been going to this area for about 10 years and this is by far our favorite place!

Location was wonderful, on the beach and a pool across the street!! We had the pool all to ourselves!! Enjoyed it very much except for all the stairs at my age!!

The property was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfy and our three generations enjoyed large family meals of locally caught seafood at the generous dining table. The waves and the beach are among the finest in North and South Carolina.

Great vacation

Wonderful experience at Kialoa. Great location and nice place that had everything we needed for a terrific week. Even better, I really liked Scott. We feared a hurricane would interrupt out trip but Scott was very accommodating and it worked out well. Would be happy stay again. Ron

Wonderful home in a great location

We loved our stay. The kitchen and bedrooms are well stocked with all the necessities. Very easy walk to the beach. Great to have a covered deck and it was fenced in with a gate. Perfect for our small children! The garage had everything we needed for the beach. We will definitely return.

Beautiful home and wonderful location

Fantastic home with many amenities right on the beach. Covered and uncovered decks with private walkway to the beach. Updated kitchen with an additional ice maker, extra fridges in garage. Large dining table for family meals and game nights. Everything we hoped for and more! Owner very helpful with any questions.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in Emerald Isle and staying at Kiaola made it so easy! The house was beautiful and clean. The owner was quick and responsive when we contacted him about locating the coffee maker in the kitchen. The nearby pool was great for the kids to take a break from the beach. Groceries and other activities were just a short drive away including mini golf and an incredible water park. We had a wonderful week at Kiaola!

Best Reunion Location!

we could not be happier with the property! it was beautiful, clean, and everything we could've asked for at a property. There were beach chairs, ping pong tables, and so much more. This was a perfect location and home for the college reunion we had waited so long to have. We will definitely be back next year! The drive (from CLT) was easy and there were grocery stores/shops/restaurants only a few driving min away. Thank you again for such a great vacation!

Great Stay at Kialoa

We spent a wonderful week at Kialoa. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house was very clean when we arrived and had a very tasteful and lovely decor. We like the location at this end of the island but we did need to put our chairs out early to get a spot on the beach. Communication with Scott was wonderful and he answered my emails promptly. I highly recommend this rental.
