Great pet friendly stay by the beach

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Nice beach experience, all amenities were what we needed. Clean comfortable and convenient location. We will be back!

Great Location

Just as described and pictured. Great place for two people plus two pups. Had everything we needed and was a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Girls trip

The condo was absolutely perfect for our girls trip! Easy walk to the beach and pool. Everyone was able to be completely comfortable and feel like they were at home! We will be booking again in the future!

Lovely and lively location

We have been vacationing on Amelia Island since 2018. Previously, we have stayed in locations on South Island. This time we decided to stay on North Island. It is a wonderful area near the beach, Fernandina (town) and Ft. Clinch. We had easy access to all these areas by bicycle. I would highly recommend staying here.

Overall Experience was GREAT! Would stay again

Nice quiet little Condo/apartment in an absolutely great location, 3-5 min walk from the beach and at least one restaurant. The property needs a little TLC but it's nothing that would stop us from staying there again the next time we visit the area. Overall for the price you really can't beat it.Lastly we decided the day before our trip that we wanted to come a day early and since the property was available the management team was able to accommodate us very quickly.

Beach stay

Great. We were displaced by the hurricane and lost power Friday morning around 03. The staff worked excellently with us to help level everything out, and we departed earlier than anticipated.

Great place!

This property was just as listed online. Excellent communication with host. This townhouse had a well stocked kitchen and lots of storage through the place. Very homey and welcoming. Comfortable beds. A short walk to the beach was what we were looking for and this location was excellent. A wagon is provided which we took advantage of. Close to trails and a State Park for riding bikes. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo/townhouse! It was very clean, spacious and the AC worked great!! The host was very friendly and helpful! Great location to the beach , just a few minutes and you’re there!

We had a great time and celebrated New Years Eve in a wonderful, intimate space.

We had a great time and celebrated New Years Eve in a wonderful, intimate space. We so appreciated the fact that the unit was pet friendly and Teddy loved looking out the windows at all of the activity. The location could not have been better. Thank you!! The team at Moore rentals is just the best. Family owned and they were so responsive. Whenever something needed attention it was taken care of. The phone was answered or calls returned when we needed them. Dana goes above and beyond and she is very knowledgeable about the island. We needed 3 different rentals over the course of 3 months while we looked for a house to buy. Moore rentals could not have been better and we specifically did not want to do an ABNB.

Over all was pretty nice place to stay close the the beach.

Over all was pretty nice place to stay close the the beach. Only problems we had were dishwasher never started ceiling fan in master bedroom made weird noises on high and upstairs floors made noises. The stay was great but never meet anyone other than threw emails
