Welcome to our families' vacation spot! Our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is perfect for a small family or group looking to get away. Relax on our quite beaches, hang out on our screened in porch, or splash in the neighborhood pool! With 13 continuous miles of public beach, abundant recreational choices, and a small town atmosphere, this is the place for both adventure and relaxation. 2.5 blocks away for the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Located on the second floor. Sleep 4 comfortably. Unit is equipped with kitchen supplies, laundry machine, TVs and WIFI. Neighborhood features pool, tennis courts and picnic tables (with outdoor grills).

What an awesome experience. It is a beautiful condo that was spacious and incredibly clean. The screened in porch was amazing! Best of all this was located walking distance to the beach and a very short drive to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay here and would encourage all to stay here! We will be back soon!!!

Good location, very nice place, and very helpful amenities provided that many places wouldn’t consider! Porch was our absolute favorite, so pretty and comfortable.

The condo was impeccably clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We would definitely rent this same condo if we're fortunate enough to return next year. Helen says the hammock was worth the full price of the rental! :-) Thank you for a beautiful stay.

This condo is simply perfection! The host was so easy to work with and even made sure we got into the unit okay. The kitchen has everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and sheets plus all of the extras like trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and even body wash. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The PORCH was the best part. We napped out there and had some of our favorite meals, laughs, and memorable moments out on the porch. We will definitely book this condo every time it’s available when we visit the beach. The pool was nice, not crowded at all, and the pool mamas kept everybody and everything in check! Lol!

Very relaxing

The condo is very clean. Looks like pictures. Plenty of towels, beach stuff, etc. Close to everything. Great place to visit.

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was a quick walk to the beach and a quick car ride to the downtown. This was our first time to Amelia Island, and this condo felt like the perfect central location. My favorite part of the home was the porch! I was so relaxed drinking my morning coffee and feeling like I was in a tree house. The beds were comfy, it was quiet and peaceful, truly the perfect retreat. The owners thought of everything you may need, even down to having some beach gear to borrow. I felt at home! Also, not having a long list of very specific checkout rules was an added benefit. Sometimes renting a home can be so frustrating, and doesn’t feel like a true vacation. Not this one, the owners have a simple list and in no way did we feel overwhelmed by it. Thank you for your hospitality, we really enjoyed our time in your home away from home.

The property was fine. The pool was a little further away than I expected. It was a nice pool. Very comfortable. There was a bulb that was out in the bedroom. It was a bulb in one of the bedside tables. Also, a bulb from the fixture on the ceiling was out. Also, the remote in the same bedroom did not work. Overall, I think I had a good experience. The place was very clean. Everything was easy to use. Four people could stay there, I suppose, although it would be a little tight.

The photos do not do this place justice. Plenty of room. Great kitchen. AC work awesome keeps it cool and takes the humidity out of the air. We had no issues during our stay and will book again. It is centrally located on the island

Wonderful!

The setting is terrific with trees all around. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved the hammock and small enclave on the balcony. We could walk to the beach and a fabulous ice cream place next door to Amelia Landings. I certainly would stay there again.
