Room was old and not kept up. It appeared as though it had not been dusted and HVAC vents were filthy. Upon our arrival, we noticed one of the bath towels had a large makeup stain on it. We emailed the attached email address for assistance but never received a response. The location was great but the unit is past it's prime and should only be considered as a low end rental.

We are so sorry but we never received any phone calls or emails from you while you were here. We would really have loved the opportunity to make this right for you. We have received 5 star reviews for this property and we are so sorry you did not feel the same. We have gone over since your stay and it is in impeccable shape for any future guests.
