Hot & Cold Tubs Sauna Walk to Beach Dog Friendly EV Charger

The Ocean Moon is a cozy 4 bd A-frame located in Irish Beach. A 6 ft fence and tall hedge provides a large area for dogs to romp and play. Featuring a hot tub, cold plunge, outdoor shower, Ocean Moon is a sanctuary to rest, relax and recoup.

1 mile walk to Irish Beach (somewhat steep walk on a paved one way road shared with vehicles) or a few mins drive.
We use non-toxic cleaning products and toiletries.
Chargepoint EV charging is available for fee.

* Well behaved dogs are welcome ($40 per night for up to 2 dogs max).

** Additional guests over 6 are $20 extra per person per night. Maximum occupancy is limited to 10 persons at any time. Ages 2 and up are counted as guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. Any persons not listed on the rental agreement will result in a charge of $50 per person, per night.

Great location

Great location- quiet street- we rented two of their houses because we had a few families and we could easily walk the block between the two. The beach was gorgeous as usual. Great Thanksgiving with family!

Great place, amazing location, room for the whole family!

We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, fire pit and heated floors. The fenced property made my dog very happy. Peaceful neighborhood with fantastic views. Highly recommend!

Great family getaway

Judys place was wonderful. In a very serene and quiet area, this home is very peaceful. The photos made it seem bigger than it was but actually the size was just perfect. Judy was very responsive. We had a couple challenges with the locks but we were able to resolve it once the mechanism was explained. The space was very clean and modern and the outdoor spa circuit was fantastic. Also the ev charger was great just make sure to ask for the code before you get there. All in all, the home was great! Would recommend.

Vacation at Manchester, Mendocino

Super property! Lots of space fir a nice family gathering . Hot tub is a big hit as are the 2 large hammocks in the back! Very comfortable beds and nice huge tv. This is our second year we celebrate Thanksgiving there and most likely we will do it again next year!

Relaxing Getaway

We loved this beachy cabin with modern amenities and cute decor. There was plenty of room for all of us (we were two families) and we particularly enjoyed the grill and hot tub. The beaches are so beautiful in this area. You can't really go wrong. A quail family was fun to watch in the yard each day. Access to food and gas is a bit far, so come stocked with what you need.

Beautiful, cozy and well-loved and cared for

This home was a quiet and beautiful home. You can tell the owner(s) love their space and it's quite tranquil. Everything was clean and it's very well-stocked. The neighborhood is quiet, and only a short 5 min drive to the beach.

Perfect location

The house was awesome with lots of fun amenities for adults and kids. There was more than enough sleeping space for all and still made it feel private. Our only issue we ran into was some basic items were out- dish soap, hand soap, laundry dryer sheets, etc. check in and out we’re super easy, kitchen was pretty well stocked with pans plates etc. It was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the sunset and the ocean in the distance with the quail scattering about. We would definitely rent from here again.

Perfect

An amazing place to relax and unwind. The place has everything you need for a weekend with the family. Beds are so comfy and the heated underpad was a treat as were the heated toilet seats that the kids got a kick out of. The house was clean and roomy.

Running from the Dixie fire!

Got evacuated from our home and decided to pick up daughter and family and head to the coast! Found this beautiful beach house in Manchester. We only booked for 3 nights wished we booked longer! It’s a perfect place. House has everything and it would also make a great girls weekend too!! Go and enjoy this!

Full of amenities, cozy spot

Modern, amenity packed (hot tub, great deck, fire pit, sauna, ample kitchen…) house with surprising amount of rooms. Great for an extended family get together with kids. One of the best rentals I’ve been to.

Wonderful manager

So VRBO messed up and booked two parties for the same place and time. It got quite tense but Judy, the property manager tried her best to find another place and make us comfortable.
