Beautiful and spacious lakefront cottage located on the shores of Silver Lake in Castile, New York. Spectacular water views in a serene and family-friendly campground. Minutes away from Letchworth State Park. The perfect getaway for anyone looking to live the "Lake Life.”

Head out on the water on one of the kayaks or paddle board, provided for you at the cottage.

Or rent our 2015 Harris pontoon boat for an additional fee of $300/day. Rent it for your entire length of stay for the discounted rate of $200/day. Tube included with the boat rental. *Drivers must be 25 years or older.

Great place for getaway weekend

Really enjoyed our stay. So close to, and amazing view of, the lake (couldn't be closer). Perfect place for campfires. Having the availability of the boat and kayaks really made the trip for the kids. Thanks for a great time!

Beautiful lake and so close to Letchworth State Park!

Really enjoyed our stay, but wish it could have been longer! Loved the kayaks, paddle board, hot tub, and enjoyed renting the pontoon boat for a day! Owners were very responsive to our questions.

Great Lake Spot

Everything was great. Lauren was a great host. Location was perfect for us, house was clean and being able to dock our boat feet from the house was a plus. Neighbors were friendly. Hope to stay again!

Family Reunion

Place is super close to the lake. Paddle board was so fun! Kitchen needed more cleaning, and internet is on/off but they have a great CD collection and if you have elderly parents the spiral staircase can be taxing, but my daughter loved it. Overall it was what we needed and a good place to stay!

Great Family Getaway

We were in town for a wedding and family reunion at Letchworth SP, which was super close. We loved waking up to the lake views. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard. We had a nice campfire and smores on our last night, thanks to our host. Tons of towels and extra blankets came in handy with our family of 7. It was a perfect little getaway and would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

This property was perfect for all the different ages and all slept comforts and kitchen accommodated four cooks and grill was immaculate and kayaks were fun and dock was great for fishing and there was wood already in the large camp fire area. Hot tub was fun. Yard behind cottage was a great area for games and camp ground has a warm family atmosphere with a fun playground. The campground bath house came in handy when the bathroom in cottage was busy. The laundry facilities and bags of ice for purchase was affordable and so handy. Then of course the amazing view of the lake and WiFi and tv were all a plus. A wonderful place and experience. The owners couldn’t be more terrific. A great place

Nice getaway

The listing properly shows what the property is like. The neighbors are very close on all sides, if you are looking for privacy this is not the right choice for you (I was there on a holiday weekend). The host was great.

Wonderful

My family and I had a great time at this property. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and just relaxing in the hot tub or just watching the lake were the main themes here. It’s very close to Letchworth State Park which was amazing. Lauren was a great host…good communication and very helpful. She even left us S’mores ingredients to enjoy on the campfire. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Lakefront property

Great amenities. Paddle board, sit on kayaks, hot tub. A place to slip your boat in. Nestled into a rv campground community with friendly neighbors. Owners are extremely responsive and helpful. They have a very kind property manager Harry for immediate needs. Right down the road from the Silver Lake Drive in and Charcoal Corral. This was the perfect spot to make family memories. Can’t wait to book again! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

even better than expected

I rented this place for a 3 night get away with my sons the day after bringing them home from college. It was the perfect place to decompress. The lake view is fantastic, the kayaks and paddle board as well as the hot tub were all unexpected bonuses, as were the fresh flowers, an over abundance or towels and blankets and special welcoming gift the kids loved when we had a fire last night. Great neighbors that were very friendly and happy. Absolutely loved our trip to Letchworth state park and this rental made it so much better of a trip. Thank you again.

Great communication and amazing location

Love this cottage, we stay every year. Right on the water and super relaxing. Comfy beds and nice amenities including coffee, boat dock, picnic tables and connected TV.

Fun Family Getaway.

This is a beautiful property that is literally right on the water. The views from the inside are fabulous! The layout is great and Lauren included some wonderful extra touches including a s'mores basket and fresh flowers on the table. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Get Away

We enjoyed staying at this comfortable, beautiful cabin on Silver Lake. Our hosts left us with local beer and the ingredients for making s’mores. We took advantage of both and even visited the brewery several more times throughout the week. I also appreciated our hosts contacting us midway through the week to check in. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property.

Little Getaway

We took our family of 7 back to NY to visit family in Wyoming County. This was the perfect little getaway. We had a little trouble finding it on the GPS, but the map drawing sent by email was perfect. They had an air conditioner in almost every room. The kayaks were used everyday by the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you may need. This was our first time visiting Silver Lake. The lake is beautiful and the perfect size to enjoy some tubing, but also trust your teens out on the water by themselves. They caught (and released) over 20+ fish each day!
