The home was beautiful and conveniently located for our family visit to Silver Lake to celebrate our nation's 250! There is a lovely porch and deck which we didn't get to enjoy due to the extreme heat but was inviting. Our kids and grandchildren loved the big family room, it had a huge TV, workout equipment, foosball and air hockey. The home is nicely appointed with cherry throughout and a gourmet kitchen. We had 6 Adults and 4 kiddies and there was plenty of beds and baths. Enjoy!

This is a great place to stay! My family of 8 stayed here for a weekend so we could hike and enjoy Letchworth State Park. It is literally a 3 minute drive to the park. The house is very spacious with many amenities! Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were immaculate! Kitchen was huge with lots of refrigerator space. Lots of room to spread out inside and out. The host was very responsive when the air conditioning wasn't working and got it fixed within a few hours. The only disappointing items were the playground outside wasn't really usable due to overgrown brush and location which attracted many bugs and there was no high chair for our little one (which we would have brought if not said they had in description). Overall a great find!

Hi! I'm originally from Western New York and have always loved the natural beauty of this area—especially Letchworth State Park. My family and I enjoy hiking, biking and spending time at nearby Silver Lake. We created this home as a peaceful getaway where people can relax, connect with nature, and enjoy everything the region has to offer. Hosting allows us to share this special place with others and help make their visit memorable. We’re excited to welcome you and hope you feel right at home during your stay!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The neighborhood is peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We love how it feels like a quiet retreat, yet it's just minutes from the breathtaking trails and waterfalls of Letchworth State Park. You’ll find local charm everywhere, from the cideries right down the road to the Charcoal Corral and Twin Drive-In Movie Theater, a favorite nearby spot for classic car nights, mini golf, and catching a double feature under the stars. Silver Lake is only 5 miles away for swimming, boating, or fishing. Whether you’re here to unwind or adventure, this area truly has something for everyone.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

What makes our property stand out is the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and proximity to incredible natural beauty. It’s rare to find a home that feels so tucked away and peaceful—with private trails and a stream—while being less than 3 minutes from Letchworth State Park. Guests love the mix of cozy indoor spaces (like the yoga room, library, and entertainment center) with outdoor gathering spots like the deck and screened-in porch. Plus, having cideries, Silver Lake, and the Charcoal Corral Drive-In just minutes away gives you even more ways to relax and enjoy the local charm. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a full experience.
