I was looking to get away to a quiet retreat and this fit the bill. A clean and gracious space with all the amenities you would need. The host responded very quickly to a question I had and was very helpful. The view was beyond beautiful and so close to Letchworth Park and Mt. Morris Dam.

Cute and cozy home away from home! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Has everything you need for a relaxing get away. The sunset and fire at the lake was very nice. The picture of the stairs to a dock is a little misleading. It's big enough for standing or one chair. The main house has a very nice dock, but we didn't use it. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

Cozy, comfortable, peaceful - we enjoyed our time at the Silver Lake Studio. The birds were singing, the lilacs were blooming and the lake was quiet as it was still cool for boating.

The furnishings were comfortable & location beautiful . Don’t expect to do a lot of cooking , unless you bring your own gear. There is an oven, stove and small microwave and grill, but just 2 small pans. Check the settings on the fridge. It was set to cold, on “6” and all of my food froze the first night.

So glad you loved the location and the studio. I'm very sorry that you didn't find the kitchen accommodating. We have a double oven, full-size stove, baking sheets, pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and dishes. As far as the refrigerator goes, my apologies that your veggies and fruit froze...not sure if you put them in the crisper, but maybe that would have helped? We try to keep the fridge nice and cold for beverages when guest arrive.

Clean & Cozy

This Verbo was clean and cozy. It was so nicely decorated. Did Joanna Gaines help? It was close to Letchworth State Park, which is why we chose this location. We’d love to come back again.

Getaway

Loved everything about it. Enjoyed sitting lakefront by the fire. Spent a day at Letchworth and a day enjoying the local attractions in Perry, brewery, creamery and a nice lakefront lunch at the club. Great dinner at the Lumberyard.

Labor Day Weekend on Silver Lake

We were looking for a place near Letchworth Park and SO happy we stumbled across this gem. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had easy access to Silver Lake. The bed was extremely comfortable, paper products, coffee etc…were also provided. There are plenty of places to eat close by and Letchworth Park was just a short drive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. All the thoughtful little touches made you feel very welcome.
