50th bday getaway

Had a great experience. The house is quite large and the yard and pool area gorgeous. The fire pit was a perfect hang out area. The grill was massive and worked amazingly. Would recommend this property.

Lots of space in a super convenient location!

This house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space for a group of 10. The pool was fantastic after long morning hikes. Short drive to downtown restaurants and shops! The property managers were very communicative and prompt to handle issues. Would absolutely book this property again!

Amazing house in great location!

Girls trip with 9 of us! Plenty of room. Beautiful house as pictured. Back yard with the pool, hot tub and views are outstanding! Walk into down town is 1.1 miles and easy to do!

We had a wonderful time. The pool and hot tub were awesome for our family. Strong jets worked our muscles out for sure. The casita was the perfect spot for our 92 year old mother so she could have rest and alone time away from the business of the rest of the activities. Great dining room for our meals and outdoor living space for everything else. Game table was a super spot for our 1000 pc puzzle! KitchenWas great for preparing all of our meals and the rooms were so comfortable and cool. Our host was very communicative and answered any and all questions we had quickly. Highly recommend this wonderful resort home.

Comfortable hacienda, fit in with Decor of Palm Springs

Seven sisters to celebrate my 80th birthday. Enjoyed the heated pool and spa! Only left our accommodations one night to go to dinner. Enjoy getting all seven of us around one table inside and outside! Great hangout place, In the living room and outside!

Amazing Palm Springs Getaway! 10/10

This was the best VRBO experience I have ever had, hands downs. The Property Manager was kind and thorough in reviewing the amenities of the house, and available via text with any questions. The home itself was so beautiful, we loved the fireplace, pool, and grill and how well maintained everything was. I couldn't recommend this listing enough, we hope to come back in future years!

Convenient

Perfect for our family, with adult children and grandchildren. Close to airport, grocery and both venues for my brother’s wedding festivities. Really appreciated the wide gravel walking path along the Taquitz Canton wash. Lovely morning walks. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice size backyard. The attached ‘casita, for the baby and parent were perfect for their privacy.

Awesome Girl's Trip

We had the best time in Palm Springs, and this house could not have been more perfect for our group of girlfriends. When booking houses, you are always a little worried that the pictures will not measure up to reality. This was not the case here! The house is just as wonderful in real life as it looks in the pictures. Really, of all the places I've booked on VRBO, which is a lot, this one is my absolute favorite!

Nice stay in a quiet neighborhood.

The house, while adequate for our family reunion (3 couples and 2 adult singles), could use some updating: perhaps newer living room furniture and new bedsheets for some of the beds. The bedroom that adjoins the laundry room could use a clothing rack since there is no closet. That said, we spent most of our time outside on the spacious patio and in or around the pool. The giant retractable patio awning provided shade and rain cover. In early March it was chilly in the evenings and we were grateful for the fire pit and ate most of our meals under the heated area of the patio. The coffee bean grinder was a bit of an operational mystery. Steve (the owner’s rep) was quick to bring over another grinder to ensure everyone’s caffeination. We really enjoyed our family time at 17 Palms.

Heaven in Palm Springs

Exactly as shown, a perfect peaceful beautiful home with excellent indoor/outdoor living. Order-in or cook/BBQ at home and you never need to leave! Warm water awaits you 24hrs and I loved swimming in the sun in the mornings. Hummingbirds, songbirds and butterflies visit the backyard where the firepit allows for long evenings outside. Love it!!

Beautiful home albeit a few unexpected guests

This home was everything we could've asked for - great location close to the airport (10 mins to Palm Springs Airport) and downtown, plenty of space for 10 people, and a beautiful pool to beat the 110+ degree weather with abundant outdoor seating. The property managers were friendly and easy to work with as well, preparing us for the trip ahead of time with house guidelines and paperwork that we needed to sign. However, we did have a termite problem when we were at the house, leaving one out of the five bedrooms unusable. These termites flew and were over the bed, inside the suitcases, and rendered this bedroom unusable, which was unfortunate given how much we were looking forward to this being a true vacation. To their credit, when we alerted the property managers about this issue, they were quick to respond and come over. They offered to purchase bug spray on our behalf and provided us with a 5% discount for our stay. Although this was a nice gesture, it would have been preferable if we had been warned about the termite issue before our visit as it did severely impact the comfort and enjoyment of the house.

Best Ladies Weekend

We absolutely love the house. The photos do not show how beautiful the property is. The backyard and firepit was the perfect place for lots of talks and belly laughing. Great quiet location as well.
