This apartment at Residence at City Way Apartments presents a well-equipped living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient island with barstools, in-unit washer and dryer, and an open living area featuring a Roku TV and lightning-fast WiFi. It boasts two comfortable workspaces, two master suites with smart TVs, a second full bath with a walk-in shower, and the flexibility of a couch with either a floor or air mattress for additional guests, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. The added bonus is the inclusion of a complimentary parking pass for the attached garage, saving you from costly parking fees. Plus, with special discounts for extended stays – 10% off for weekly stays of 7+ nights and 20% off for monthly stays of 30+ nights – and its proximity to key attractions like Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Monument Circle, Indiana State Museum, Indianapolis Zoo, White River State Park, and Mass Ave, this unit offers an exceptional opportunity for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in downtown Indianapolis.

Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitoring decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise devices do not have recording features).
Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!
